Food came out cold and was called "sir" by multiple employees even though I am very clearly a female. This has happened on numerous occasions by Zack and Tyler. The general manager, Bob, refuses to return phone calls. Spoke to the Director of Operations, Dave Strong and he stated he would "look into it".

Chicken seasoning was okay though.
