Hello, I was wondering how much is the rent here for a 2 bedroom?

I lived in Hartford 21 for a whole year. The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. Maintenance was a phone call away. Location is very good with good restaurants and corner markets. Rooms are nice and spacious, spotless when we first moved in. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a great stay or for future residency.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hartford 21. From the beautiful lobby to the various community centers on the third floor, Hartford 21 is truly the best apartment to stay in all of Hartford. All of the staff are extremely friendly and Steve Gabriel is especially very helpful when it came to anything lease related. I was there for 2.5 years and would gladly move in again if the opportunity arises!

Their rock shrimp is AMAZING!!!! I should've ordered an extra order of them to take home with me. I also had their oysters, which are only .99 each during happy hour. They were really good also. This restaurant is super cute and all of the staff are super friendly.

I have lived in Hartford 21 for a year and can honestly say it s been the best living experience I ve ever had. From the moment my roommate and I came in for a tour, we were taken care of. Chris and the rest of the leasing office were all so helpful and welcoming, the apartments are absolutely gorgeous, the amenities are wonderful and the location can t be beat. Parking garage is attached to the building which is a huge help and there is 24/7 concierge...all of whom are AMAZING and have become very close friends of mine. The people who work in this building make you feel like family. I would recommend this building above any other any day!!!

We have lived at Hartford21 for more than three years now and want to give an overdue shout out to the staff, all of whom are managing beautifully in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Cleaning has been stepped up, mask-wearing and distancing are consistently and politely promoted, and concierge staff have managed the dramatic increase in package and food deliveries without missing a beat. From our warm and welcoming onboarding experience with leasing consultant Jay Jimenez, to a hassle-free transfer to a new apartment facilitated by manager Steve Gabriel, to prompt responses from maintenance , and through our frequent interactions with Hartford21's first-class concierge team, we have consistently been greeted with openness, warmth and professionalism. Thanks for a great three years and for all the work you will be doing to get everyone through the next few months and safely into a happier New Year!

If I can give zero star, definitely I will. I have never heard this situation from others or experienced myself until yesterday. I put down security deposits in April 30th and signed the move-in agreement in May 3rd for my move-in in July 6th. On agreement, it clearly mentioned "move-in date 7/6/2018" with a specific apartment number. At them bottom said "signature from one leaseholder constitutes acknowledgement and agreement by all leaseholders and guarantors." Even you guaranteed the apartment will be vacated before my move-in date. I received a call from Hartford 21 yesterday (3 weeks from my move-in date) and saying "CURRENT RESIDENTS DECIDED NOT TO MOVE OUT." I asked what does that mean. They said I cannot move in to the apartment. I and the person from leasing office signed the agreement and I put down the security deposits. Now you guys telling me I cannot move in? Are you guys kidding me? You informed in last minutes. I already packed my stuffs and arranged everything. Why did you guys put this apartment on the market? I do not know whether the current tenants have decided to move out then changed their mind now. But, if current tenants have not decided yet in April, you guys should not put this apartment on the market, plus you should not GUARANTEE my move-in in July. I went here today to ask my security deposits back. You guys should at least apologize for this inconvenience, but you DID NOT!. Very unprofessional, very disappointed.

Beautiful building with very friendly and helpful staff. I loved my time at Hartford 21 and wish I could have stayed longer.

If I had one complaint it would be that management occasionally rents out the third floor of the parking garage for large XL Center events which can cause a shortage of parking for residents. Doesn't happen all the time, just annoying when it does.

Having moved into hartford21 5 months ago. I've been much happpier. the building is beautiful. its always clean, the staff is wonderful.I like that the front door in the lobby always lock at night. I love my apartment its beautiful.the manager and leasing agent. Jay Jimenez , made me feel welcome to the building. without a doubt, Hartford21 is the place to live.

I cannot say enough good things about my 2 years living at Hartford 21. All of the staff members are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The building always felt safe and secure thanks to the amazing 24/7 concierge staff. Steve helped my boyfriend and I find our beautiful apartment and continued to be helpful and answer any questions we had over our 2 years living here. You ll never get sick of the amazing apartment views. Maintenance is always on top of things and if we ever needed anything fixed it was done immediately. Never had any issues with noise. I was never able to hear anything from any other tenants on my floor from the inside of my apartment. The parking garage is extremely convenient especially in the winter. So many great restaurants/bars/stores/yoga studio (Hartford Sweat) all walking distance. Any packages that get delivered will be held safely in a room by concierge and you will receive a text from H21 letting you know that you have a package ready to be picked up. I can go on and on all day about all the wonderful things Hartford 21 has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone and wish I was able to stay longer.

I really enjoy living at Hartford 21. The accommodations are quite stellar, the gym, the conference room, and the bike storage just to name a few. More meaningful than all of that is the amazing staff. Jay Jimenez makes my living there far more comfortable. He's an amazing part of the team at Hartford 21. For the time that I've known him, I see him as a team player, a great listener, and a problem solver. A company is only as good as its staff, so I hope Jay sticks around for quite a while longer. He has an amazing attitude!

My husband and I have been residing at Hartford 21 for two years now, it has been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The leasing office and concierge staff always rise to the occasion in dealing with all of our needs. We had the pleasure of dealing with one leasing agent/concierge named Jay Jimenez, his help and service to us during our time here was stellar!!! I highly recommend this building for anyone looking to live in the downtown Hartford area.

Great building. The original mixed media art in the lobby and most floors is amazing.

Nice apartment, good facilities, beautiful view, and friendly concierge.
There is only a small issues with occasionally fire alarm, specifically when you live on a higher floor and have to walk down the stairs and when you get there you'll realize it is nothing serious.

We first met Jay Jimenez (leasing consultant) in 2017, when he led our apartment tour at Hartford 21. Jay was very attentive. He answered every question and addressed any concerns we had about the apartment. Impressed with his extensive knowledge of the property and charismatic personality, we signed the rental agreement that day. He was there for every step of the process, ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. Jay is an invaluable member of the Northland community, and we consider him an extension to our family. We continue to enjoy running into him around the building.

After living here for about 2 months, I thought everything was going well. Recently, however, I encountered the worst portrayal of customer service I have experienced. I was waiting for a friend to come into the apartment to visit and was sitting near the front door when one of the front desk associates started screaming from across the hall this isn t a play ground, stop sitting near front of the door, adults actually live here! I was so astonished I did not know what to say. Here comes a front desk employee, of an established apartment complex berating me, (A paying renter, well above the age of 20) for sitting front of the front lobby minding my own business. If me sitting in front of the lobby s doors was such a problem to begin with there are a thousand ways to go about this issue. Scr

This is an industry that thrives off of its hospitality and apparently hartford 21 cannot train their employees effectively. They are loud, rude, and have no basic manners. Just because of this reason alone I will not resign my lease at Hartford 21 and I will not recommend this establishment to any single one of my coulleagues. I was ridiculed in front of other residents for merely sitting in front of steps of an establishment that I live at.

Hartford 21 offers a luxurious style of living in the Downtown Hartford area that no other company will even come close to matching. This is by far the best place to live in the Downtown Hartford area. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. In particular, Jay Jimenez is an outstanding employee and takes pride in serving all residents equally in a warm and friendly way. His dedication and loyalty to helping others is greatly appreciated and recognized by many residents. Keep up the great work. I am proud to be a resident of Hartford 21.

MOVING INTO HARTFORD 21 HAS BEEN WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS FAST AND DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. The people are amazing and it s such a warm feeling when coming into the building. The building is beautiful and , always clean and the apartment is even better. I love living here!

I've been here just over a year now and can honestly say that everyone who works for the building is incredibly nice and comitted to helping you in whatever way they can. The building is incredibly pet friendly with a free dog shower and an indoor dog park for those rainy/snowy days.

I have resided at Hartford 21 since August 2017. In my thirty-plus year career in all the greatest cities, this is by far this best value-driven elegant apartment that makes my life SO easy going. Modern, generous apartments for every taste, cleverly designed rooms with large windows, all appliances (also washer drier), awesome 24/7 concierge staff that are more like family (they can walk your dog, get your car, manage all delivery matters (giant elevator for moving furniture in and out), easy parking (temporary [groceries], guest, and permanent), second floor quality gym, game room/library, party room. The gym has expensive gear and is so convenient that it is hard to want to get a gym membership three blocks away (premier YMCA). The stellar management is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and effective. The art in the hallways is eclectic and happy. There is coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 on the first floor and a large piano! On site handymen and cleaners are real professionals. There is an extremely facile commute since highways 84 and 91 are less than 5 minutes away. You can walk across the street to the best restaurants in Hartford (Max Downtown is attached.. as is the XL Center for sports and events! You can walk to the greatest theaters in CT). The famous Wadsworth Museum is a short walk! Giant walkable park with a carousel near the seat of government just a few of blocks away. Its truly like a mini Manhattan without any of the hassle. Amazing! Hartford 21 is perfect for both students and the next generation of super professionals streaming into Hartford with their new families. Hartford 21 is also great for the senior professionals who also have formal residences in adjoining states. As the "new" Hartford reemerges after a decade-long slump from what was once one of the richest and quaintest capital cities (check out the architecture of the buildings nearby!) in the country, it's ability to attract the brightest and the best hinges on Hartford 21 being what it is. Visiting Hartford 21 will cinch any decision to come to Hartford because anyone can get on with their career almost completely alleviated from the challenges of everyday life. All the banks are across the street. It's straight "plug and play" in every respect. The residents are all so interesting and come from all over the world. For pet lovers this place is amazing! In fact, in the back of the garage they have a large covered dog park for when the weather is too cold. Living in Hartford 21 is great for me and is helping me do so much for Hartford HeathCare as a medical subspecialist, helping build programs. Since I've been here, so many more specialists have followed and moved in. we are all very happy here and we are creating a collaborative inter-institutional framework right here at home! There are 34 stories in this beautiful glass building.

This place is a complete joke. When my boyfriend and I first arrive we were greeted with complete attitude. The lady at the front desk spoke to us as if we were in the wrong building we informed her that we were there to view an Apt there. She begin to be even more loud and aggressive as if we couldn't afford to be there ( little did she know) We told her that we flew in from Atlanta and were suppose to meet up with Jay to see the apt. She yells that he was not there and that she don't know who will show us the apt. Then grab her phone and run upstairs to call Jay. Then she comes back to tell us another person will show us but they are with someone else so come back. After we came back the Manager showed us the apt that was suppose to be "ours". We were completely unhappy the carpet was very dirty (reminds me of daycare carpet) The apt looked very old . It was nothing that we expected we were looking for the nice hardwood floors black/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. This place was the complete opposite the only place that looks appealing is the lobby DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE FOOL YOU!!! Definitely was not worth 2300 a month for that place. We decided to move to another building not far from there and was very happy with our decision to move somewhere else.

This place is an awesome place to live if you can afford it. I lived here for a year and I was happy to live and come home to my apartment. The weekends are dead in downtown. During the week it s mostly people that work in the businesses downtown or just random people. There are homeless folks walking around downtown but they never bothered me, although they may scare some people. They have a private parking garage for $60 which was convenient. There s a hallway that links the garage to the building and it takes a few minutes just to get up to your apartment. The people working here are nice and treat you like family. The people that live here are diverse from all ages from students to professionals. This building is pet friendly. They keep the place nice and pleasant to live in. Had no issues at all living here and I highly recommend this place over all other apartments downtown. Elevators have never broken down at all since I lived here. The people working concierge are great and responsive. I felt that H21 was really my home.

f you want to live in Hartford Downtown, you wont get a better place to stay.
The view from the apartment is really good and the apartment has top notch amenities.
Staff, concierge everything is really good and this is what makes H21 a luxury apartment.

There are 2-3 more options to stay in Hartford Downtown but i had been to all those apartments and H21 stands out in every aspect.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartments. Secure building and the nicest management and concierge staff you could imagine. We had a fantastic experience here for a 3 month stay and recommend it highly!!

This is likely the nicest building in downtown Hartford. Don t get me wrong, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

It s a beautiful building with amazing views. The parking garage is one of the best set ups in the city. And the most important factor is the people. The management and leasing staff are easy to work with, helpful, and understanding. The concierges are outstanding, polite, very welcoming, and will do almost anything to help you.

I would live here again without thinking twice.

Great building with nice rooms, amenities and parking. Easy way to live.

This is by far the best place I've ever lived. The staff is what really made it the best experience. They were so helpful to my wife while I was deployed and made her feel at home. They were there if anything came up with the apartment or if she just needed someone to talk to.
The apartment itself was terrific with nice fixtures and new appliances.
The conference room and lounge area was a great place to do work and study when we needed time outside of the apartment.
The location is also perfect. My wife's school is right next door and it's in the middle of a bunch of great restaurants. The XL center is literally next-door allowing us to catch circus d'sol and a ton of concerts.
I'd highly recommend Hartford 21 to anyone. I wish I could move back.
