Waiting already more than one month for a simple birth certificate... Only in Belgium

The worst municipality in all of Belgium unfortunately!

A number that works 1 time out of 7. The staff who clearly asks you to change municipality if you are not happy.

For the service, I personally have never had problems even though the wait time can be long, but it is not the fault of the staff. As for the building, I got married in Anderlecht and the wedding hall and very beautiful. The descent of the stairs is a good memory. The place has changed ... well!

You can contact us by email we will take care of your request the next working day blabla ", I sent an email 4 days ago it is a VITAL emergency but of course nobody answers

Very unpleasant, incompetent, and rude approach to the applicants of the older Dama from the window 13 !! Three times check-in and visit Mrs. objective all the time something does not fit! She sends me somewhere for documents, and when I bring it, she says it's bad and she did not want it! This is how it is possible to send it back indefinitely, and yet the COST does not deign to inform what it really needs !! Maybe someone will be interested in the management, what's happening in windows 12-13 ?? What is this ?! Belgium? Brussels? Union? Private farm?

Never answer the phone when asked to make an appointment by phone for the COVID ID card. And when do I redo my ID card? Total incompetence !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To avoid.

Very poor follow-up of files.
We've been itching for over 2 months and still haven't received a summons. We must have sent I don't know how many emails, and after some bad information we still don't have a summons. Very incompetent service!

The archives service is very responsive and well organized. All the requested documents and files were ready on my arrival. The archivists are very nice.

It is a Municipality with a lot of rude discrimination .. especially the people at the counter abuse their power.

Catastrophic municipal service

It is really the worst municipality in Belgium and in all of Europe you would think you were in a dictatorship, or a banner republic I am really disgusted and depressed.

A nice calm square, the communal building is quite beautiful. Never tried their services.
Tram 81 stop is located there where you can go to Merode.

Thank you to the company that manages the parking lots in your town. When the personnel of this company are asked for information, they sneer and cross the road. Supposedly a sign at the beginning and at the end of the zone and well they are impossible to find, problem rue dAumale (blue zone red zone), problem boulevard Jules Graindor and in addition the terminals to pay are at incredible distances. Thank you for the information to people who are not local, we just want to collect their cash.

The staff is not always friendly but the service correct ....

It is a very beautiful lake I can not say now, hopefully they are also friendly and a good and fast cooperation.
