For the service, I personally have never had problems even though the wait time can be long, but it is not the fault of the staff. As for the building, I got married in Anderlecht and the wedding hall and very beautiful. The descent of the stairs is a good memory. The place has changed ... well!

Very unpleasant, incompetent, and rude approach to the applicants of the older Dama from the window 13 !! Three times check-in and visit Mrs. objective all the time something does not fit! She sends me somewhere for documents, and when I bring it, she says it's bad and she did not want it! This is how it is possible to send it back indefinitely, and yet the COST does not deign to inform what it really needs !! Maybe someone will be interested in the management, what's happening in windows 12-13 ?? What is this ?! Belgium? Brussels? Union? Private farm?

Very poor follow-up of files. We've been itching for over 2 months and still haven't received a summons. We must have sent I don't know how many emails, and after some bad information we still don't have a summons. Very incompetent service!

They dont worth even a star. After 2 hours of waiting, they are not here anymore. When I say to the staff that is unacceptably after 2 hours of waiting, a "lady" named Christine told me to change my town if im not happy, and then close the door ...... They are not worth a star. Poor management of files !! No follow-up. We take the paperwork, we go to the town, it's not that address but another! Ok, but we don't mention that in the email! Mail which also lacks professionalism without a Hello and with "BAV" for the good to you ... I send documents by email which ultimately get lost! And off we go for a ride ... Never seen ! And still unreachable!

Thank you to the company that manages the parking lots in your town. When the personnel of this company are asked for information, they sneer and cross the road. Supposedly a sign at the beginning and at the end of the zone and well they are impossible to find, problem rue dAumale (blue zone red zone), problem boulevard Jules Graindor and in addition the terminals to pay are at incredible distances. Thank you for the information to people who are not local, we just want to collect their cash.
