Terrible service if you are looking to rent. I sent an email and called to leave a voicemail. No response. A few days later, I did the same (email and left another voicemail), still no response. Couple days after that I spoke to the receptionist and she assured me that the rental manager would give me a call back. No response... ever.

It was around the holiday Season, and I needed to close in a hurry. Katie was awesome!!!!! She put my house on the market, and it sold in 2 days. I was super impressed with how aggressive she was in selling it for the asking price. To be honest, I think she got a bit more then it was worth. Then came the pressure of finding a new home, before the closing of the current one. Again I was stressed. Katie again assured me it would all be easy. I dragged her to many homes. We used Marisa to buy and sell our homes. She was so great about getting buyers to look at our home that was for sale. When we struggled to find a buy, she problem solved and gave suggestions on how to get it sold at the price we wanted!

When it came to buying, our home was a bit of a special circumstance and had a lot, and I mean A LOT of things go wrong and changes that influenced our timeline. I know she s a bit newer to the realty game but that did not show at all! Even when she knew what she was doing, she double checked with coworkers to make sure she was leading us in the right direction. We had issues with the loans due to our home being zoned as a duplex instead of a single family home, and we had contingencies with our offer that made us worry we may not get the home if the zoning issue with our loan didn t get resolved. Marisa navigated all of this with ease and I m sure she learned a lot in the process. Any problem that could have happened, did and she took care of us and made sure we got the home we wanted.

Marisa was very quick to respond. Basically, she is always available, which I appreciate. If you re the kind of person who wants a response as soon as you hit send, hire Marisa. Unless she was with a client, she pretty much responded right away. Even if it was to tell us she s busy and will look into what we needed as soon as we became available. I don t know how she does it! She made us feel safe, even when things went wrong. We knew that with Marisa, everything would work out. She cared for us like we were family and months later, even checks up on us from time to time. I even got a text saying she was in the neighborhood and asking if she could stop by to see changes we made to the home. She really cares and I recommend her to anyone whether you re buying for the first time, hundredth time, renting, or selling. Marisa s your girl.
