The fact still remains communication had ceased. And all hope of compensation vanished. It wasn t until an outside company hired by my insurance company got involved seeking restitution that you settled the claim. You expressed zero effort to me that I would be fully compensated .
At no fault of my own, I was the one doing all the leg work, taking the time and effort getting several repair estimates. NOT TO MENTION, HAVING TO FILE A CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE, AND PAYING THE DEDUCTIBLE OF OF MY POCKET!
So am I supposed to feel satisfied that you finally settled? I don t think so! It s just sad it had to get to this point. Very unprofessional. You want to make it right? Send me an additional check for the inconveniences and my out of pocket expenses! Then maybe, just maybe I ll reconsider...

On February 21, 2019 one of GB Carrier Corps trucks (Econo Van #16), driven by Garrett Brown of Conway, NH, backed into my parked 2016 GMC Sierra causing $3,000 in damages according to several auto body estimates. Campbell Wales, a representative of GB Carrier Corp was called to the scene and I was told by both individuals that damages would be taken care of and not to call police. After several weeks of communication all attempts of communication and compensation has ceased. Over two months have passed and I ve been forced to pursue action for compensation. Not a company I d trust.
