Nice place and near lots of eating places. Also 5th floor is really awesome.

Great price for a Freehold B1 near to Bartley MRT... 3 different eating spots within 1 minute walk

There's a pool and a gym on the fifth floor. There are also 2 BBQ pits available .

Pretty nice place that provides quite a few facilities such as Aqua Gym Pool, Steam Room, Gym, BBQ pits, Sun Deck, Wading Pool, Swimming Pool and such. There is ample parking and even some nice stands you can hang your bicycle on.

Mostly known for The Boiler restaurant for those who don't go there for business.
