Nice receptionist and quick appointment, highly recommended!

One medical technician walked through the patient's waiting room to the receptionist's office without wearing a mask!

I was given an 8:50am appt today. Sat in waiting room for 30 min which was fine with ONE other person.
I then asked at 9:25 am, "About how much longer for sonogram?" and I was told 25 more minutes. I was also told the mammogram tech would not be in till
10 am.
So of course I complained and asked why I was scheduled for 850 when I wouldn't be seen till 10am. Not because they were busy. No no. Because there was no tech to take me.
One of receptionist who I was complaining to was apologetic and nice even though I was venting. ( Who wouldn't)
However, Martine the other receptionist, pops her head up, jumps into the conversation and said, "There is someone still in the examining room, do you want me to pull her off the table so you can go in?"
I was livid. I responded with anger and felt totally disrespected. How dare you? I will be speaking to the manager when they decide to return my call. Or I will go there personally to speak with her. Rude !!!!

Clean, sanitized facility, well trained-efficient staff. The ladies who helped me on Sat (10/10) were patient, knowledgeable, true professionals. Thank you ladies for making a scary process easy and pleasant.

The staff was very friendly. My first time here and it was great!!!!

I'm giving one star for location. The staff needs to be trained on medical insurance information. Stop demanding peoples co-pay and check to see if they have to pay. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a refund. Terrible service when dealing with peoples HEALTH. Get it right or go work in a mailroom.

A great office. I had great assistance over the phone with friendly staff. Appointment time is your appointment time. Staff at the office was very friendly, and space is spotless. They really did everything to keep my mind at ease. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Such an easy experience. I had a pelvic ultrasound here and I barely waited 5 minutes after completing my paperwork to be taken in. My doctor got the results the same day and they e-mailed me a copy as well. Efficient and friendly staff!
