They are one of the leading facilities management companies in Abu Dhabi. Well organised and managed Staffs.

- Call center does not answer the calls
- On site workers are manipulating to use cheep replacements
- Always keeps the false-ceiling open after finishing the job!
- on site workers are never ready to fix immediately, they come to see the issue then promise to fix it after 1 or 2 days, then they come after approx 1 month or more!

- I had a broken window, it took them 3 months to fix it. During the 3 months, they came 3 times to evaluate the problem and take the measurements of the window... 3 times!!!

The worst service ever, and im moving to another apartment because of Marina poor maintenance.
