Fake company with fake management systems. MAFIA COMPANY

Very bad kind of experience, pending payment and not willing pay

One of the worst experiences I've had in terms of receiving payment from this company. Horrible service and team. They are very well known and their FM staff are seen at most of the malls in Dubai. Please do think twice before providing any sort of Credit Facility to these frauds.

This company located in shangri la office tower back side of shangri la hotel. You have to go to back side entrance of shangri la hotel. At right side you can see glass doors. At there you can see reception. Enter your name in the register and then go to 7th floor. In 7 th floor you can easily find out MAB facility management company.

Very bad experience... Payment pending from 1year and not willing to pay..Dnt supply anything to them without cash...

The Old Town in Downtown Dubai has this company come to our apts and they are terrible ! Who ever works as the administration there is awful ! Disappointed

Unfortunately there is a star and if it would be a minus few stars I would go for it. Bad service. Attitude problem with some of the staff. Am waiting right now in one of your offices in Abu Dhabi. Waiting for something I was promised to get Thursday. And that is the third time am traveling 50 km away of my work with no result.

After interview no visa no offer letter no responce only westage of time and money. Bewere of attending the interview of this company.

Terrible! That is the word for this company's service. I paid for annual contract and I am suffering since then. Booked various appointments but the employees have a habit of not even showing up. Various follow-ups but in vain. The employees have attitude problem, especially the Client Service Manager. Would never recommend this company to anyone. ZERO STAR to them.

The most unprofessional management, since one year our payment is pending, they don't even have basic ethics of dealing with suppliers and making false commitment, don't deal with them if you don't want to lose your money, they are not even worth rating

100% the worst service I have ever experienced - they lie, they never turn up and when the do they haven t a clue or even the basic of spares. They are totally unprofessional and in no way meet any level of acceptable standard.
