Dont waste your time because all you will get is ran in circles. They don't answer calls or return messages. I left messages for Gina and Chris (the claimed owners) and it seems they are never in the office. Also take a look at the old certification they have displayed. Why arent these current? Why is all the furniture different are thwy so cheap that they cant get matching office furniture. Don't waste your time here go to the other firm thats next door.

These CALIFORNIA people will say anything about a job to have you work there. One of them reached out to me via Facebook when I posted about needing work. I was sent a link on my post. Then I got asked to come into the office to speak with them. I spoke with Chris who claimed to be an owner but they claim to be woman owned. Chris will chatted my ear off with things I didn't care about. I was there for a job not to hear about fish. He also didn't know the answers to any of my questions.

Helpful and professional staff that got me hired quickly with a great company.

Juan was very helpful and got me a job ASAP! The staff is very friendly and nice. Scott the area manager was also pleasant.

Austin Staffing has been the most accommodating and helpful agencies I have worked with! Kyndell Fry and staff are attentive and respond to clients messages in a timely manner.

Noval coworking place is great. I rent office there and my production increased x4. I can go back to a normal world and work and not bee distracted. Recommend you.

I've been with this company for 2 years and I love them. The staff is beyond wonderful!!! If you need anything they are the ones for your next job search.

Terrible, lies to get you in a job and when you get sick they replace you and you never hear back from anyone again. I was sick with the flu and was still encouraged to Stay and stick it out god forbid you miss a day for 90 days . Once sick I never heard back from Juan and have called, emailed and left messages for work after getting better and nothing.

I was schedule for a interview , but as soon as I get there they had to moved to another location. Basically bad communication..period.

I would recommend Austin Staffing because my experience with them was excellent.
Kyndell F. was very friendly and professional. Never had a single problem with anyone at the office. They found me a temporary job within one day after submitting my application, and a few months later the temporary job ended up being a full time position.

Give you a job then leave you without one out of no where

I'm working for this company for past 3 months and I love it. If you get a chance to work here, do it,you won't regret it.

Wow, just wow! I do not know how this company still exist! I have worked for the for 3 months and everything seemed to be ok until last week when I gave them a notice that I will be quitting, and guess what! they did not pay me my regular hour pay but they went ahead and chopped my money and paid me the $7.25 minimum wage because I only left them. Who would work expecting to be paid the regular pay and then surprisingly they are paid the minimum wage out of no where!? Terrible people! Guys be careful and do not work for this agency.

Simon at the beginning was very nice and kind to me and he helped me work for temporary assignment and after I quit because my manager was so rude and racist he never help me again and they never help me find another job..

Met with Bill and he was very friendly and informative. At no point was I confused, and I never felt like I was being manipulated. My arrangement with Austin Staffing has benefited me and I believe other job seekers would find advancement with the company as well.

The staffing agency itself is quite disorganized and not always the best help. However, the main issue is that one of their clients, a customer support call center, is a horrible place to work. The people there are rude, not helpful, and do not try to create a supportive, efficient work space. A lot of passive aggression comes into play, including from the managers. This staffing agency really pushes this client a lot, despite the turnover rate and complaints. They claim they will accept reports, but my agent was not at all concerned with anything I had to say (he was also very difficult for me and fellow employees to work with). Many colleagues and I left, and I don't encourage going here. Check out TMD or Randstad instead. They're incredible people with phenomenal job opportunities, and I plan to stay with them from here on out.

I'm actually considering legal counsel for one of the issues I faced with Austin Staffing and their client. I totally understand being down on your luck and needing money (which was my case), but it is not worth the risk here.

On planning my journey through the workforce of Texas, I was trusting a recruiter that may not posses the expertise that the staff @ ASI. has. I have been a government employee and sometimes it is hard to get noticed out there in the ever changing working environment. Austin Staffing is a great recruiting agency that I have grown to respect. The Staff know there business . They do not take anything for granted and they find people the match that feels comfortable.They are professional, courteous, and they work hard to get people the right fit in the job market.. Austin staffing was quick and very helpful when getting me hired for a company! Chris Guaydacan was very help and professional when i came in for my interview. Kyndell Fry was so sweet when helping me get my time sheets submitted and all my information together. She always helped me with any questions i had and was very quick to respond. They check on you to make sure everything is going good at the work place and make sure you are happy with the position!

I worked with Mr Juan Bethencourt, and from the start it was very clear he really wanted me to get a job as much as I did. During the interview he laid out the company he'd found and felt would be the best match for me and throughout the interview process he kept in touch and offered me advice to help get hired. I happened to come across Austin Staffing online in February and was connected with Mr Todd Reeves who found the perfect position for me within the matter of a day.
I am so happy to say I have now been hired on full time with the company! I will miss everyone at Austin Staffing, they are wonderful and I can t thank them enough! I absolutely recommend reaching out to them if you are in need of a job!

Work through them for 2 years was let go immediately from a contract one day, I told them I would like find new work immediately within that same phone call, no attempts from them was made to check in to see if I had placement in a job let alone my wellness from my recent dismissal. The contract itself did call back several months later but I had already taken a full-time position at my part time job. Benefit were sub-par health/dental wise so I didn't bother, and with the contract I was employed under vacation time didn't exist so I'm unsure if that was a agreement with the contract or something they purposely don't do but their neighboring agency TMD does vacations so maybe you'll have better luck with them. Over/holiday time did exist but only if a contract manager was willing to stay during the holidays. All this did was leave a negative taste for doing agency work... Try and find better if you can.

Every interaction I've had with Austin Staffing employees is very pleasant. They seem to genuinely care about my happiness and well-being at my current job. Any time I have had questions and reach out I received a response almost immediately!

Having worked with another staffing agency for two years, I was totally surprised by the personal attention I received. I am currently employed through Austin Staffing and I must say it has been an overall pleasant experience! Kyndell and Jason are fantastic, patient and help in any way possible.

Juan was excellent to work with and helped me get a job I love very quickly. Normally I'm leery about trusting temp agencies, but Austin Staffing is definitely one I would have no problem recommending.

I guess they find good jobs, they spoofed me like I was getting temp to hired and I filed out tax forms the welcome on board like a new hire and didn't get the job they where more focused on criminal background then working. Thats the policy, so if you have a background this might not be the place to waste time.

People working there don't care about you or what you need.

Horrible! If you are SERIOUS about getting a job DO NOT work for this company. The company has gotten such bad reviews they had to change their name to AustinStaffing from Alist Staffing. They will call you in multiple times and not even put you on an assignment. They will not notify you of new positions...you have to already know what positions they have. I am a native Austinite for 20+ years and I can tell you from experience this is one of the WORST staffing companies. Worst Staffing agencies in austin are as follows Alist staffing or Austin Staffing, Sedona Group, HT Staffing, and Keystaff.

I recently just moved to Austin almost 3 weeks ago. I applied and they immediately called me to set up an interview. It did NOT take long for them to place me. Highly recommended

Austin staffing WINS! It only took them two days to get a full time job! It took express employment two whole weeks to tell me the positions were filled and all 'man power' offered of U.S Farathane! Austin staffing will actually help. Their network of employers is out standing!

Extremely Positive experience, excellent customer service. I was contacted, and with Mr Connor Brim, and that is by far the best business relationship I've ever come in contact with. He worked with me for weeks calling and emailing and texting me, trying to assist me in finding a job for me that worked into my schedule. He was very patient and kind, and you just dont see that anymore. I really appreciate his services, and I hope he get's a promotion. I recommend any/everyone to speak directly to him for anything you may need. Keep up the fantastic work.

I would give this company less than a star, but the rating is not available. First off, before my interview I should not overhear your staff discussing their personal repercussions for someone as far as docking their pay for breaking their contract early and starting a different job. Second, I was offered a certain amount for a requirement that their client company was in need of that I was over qualified for. After being told that I would receive the amount due to my specializations, I had multiple interviews, and was ready to accept. Just before agreeing to accept, I then noticed that the pay had decreased. I reached out to the ASI, who then denied even speaking to me about the amount entirely and claimed to have discussed something different. I called back to discuss this once more and was answered by the front desk associate, who from the beginning to the end of the call was completely irate and rude to me(she was rude since the first time I set foot in the office). She already knew what I had been calling for despite the fact that I asked to speak to agents that I had been in contact with and she refused to let me. After being childishly interrupted time and time again I informed them that I would not be going through them for employment, the front desk agent then exclaimed that it was fine with her. I know everyone has different experiences but I, myself have never dealt with such dishonesty followed by rude service.
