Best Marc s by far!!!! I ve been to multiple Marc s around the State due to my travels, and this one always stands out. Amazing costumer service and outstanding products. The quality this store offers is undeniably the best in the State....in fact, I have fuled every single Sunday dinner with the impeccable ingredients offered by this God sent store. High quality High expectations (exceeded the expectations) <3 Finally, for any questions you might have make sure to ask for Nick. He s a highly acclaimed employee and really helped me out last time I was there. :)

Discount places with many good products from closeouts, produce, and cereal to ice cream, cards, candy. You can find products here like Bob's Red Mill for half the price as charged at the grocery store. True, some of the produce is mushy, but that's why they have the $1 rack for such discounts. Come with cash, registers do not accept cards accept Discover. It's a fun place to shop for unique closeouts like Frozen carpets or shovels.

Took twenty minutes to buy four items in the express lane. Only three registers were open and lines down the aisles. When I finally got to the register, they ran out of singles and had to go to Customer Service because the manager kept walking by. Stood in line for ten more minutes, and was cut in front of and the cashier still took them. NEVER going there again.

Rude employee yelled trump support at me and told me to go back to my country. I live in America and was born in America and was taking groceries off of the shelf at a grocery store. Associates are rude and not helpful. I also watched a customer ask an associate if he only works in one area and if he could help her. He said "I work where I'm at" and wouldn't look at her at all. I felt so bad for her. i will never shop at another Marcs again. The associates run these stores. There is no supervision or proper management. Disgusting.

Normally this is one of the best Marc's in the city; the management team are professional and their willing to aid with finding what the customer needs. However on today some employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed to fix something at customer service and as I was trying to explain to the customer service representatives she told me to hold on a minute very abruptly! I tried to still smile and pray so I just returned everything and repurchased only what I needed. I will never shop at this Marc's in Parma again!

Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Cashiers and managers are clueless to how to void items off of their registers. Will not purchase anymore groceries from this location.

Want to give a loud shout-out to Nick E. Dude was polite, helpful, sincere, fast cashier. He turned a hurried chore into a something better. I told him and he said he genuinely likes customer service. This dude needs will go far. I hope management sees this and promotes him in addition to having him train or help w customer service training.

Did not feel welcomed at all. Asked the lady in produce a question she's staring at me like I'm speaking a foreign language or something. Then I go to check out and the cashier Dalene P. Didn't even acknowledge me. No hi, no did you find everything you needed no have a nice day or anything. Of course she had a full conversation with the guy in front of me. Just came in for a quick salad for lunch but I will not be returning. Great customer service applies to ALL customers. Came in around 1pm on 4/24/18

Do not full prescriptions here & do not allow pharmacist & their techs to act like doctors & give u problems about filling anything. If they do as they have to me, TRANSFER ur refills to another pharmacy simply by calling another pharmacist (I recommend CVS) & say u want ur medications transferred. They do the work for u. I have taken my business elsewhere transferring 12 prescriptions bc of a rude liar that is female & works day shift specifically at noon on tues jan 29

Like this store the deli staff was delightful! Produce us fresh , store is clean and organized. My cashier kept her cool when the people in the line was impatient! Thanks Nicole! I will be returning here to shop!

I went to Marc's at Parmatown tryed to but some CBD oil The Manager Lee was very rude wouldn't sell me the oil I'm a 52 year old man with arthritis. I bought it last week there at Marc's.

Marc should get a better handle on the produce that is sold at this location. I tried to return organic carrots the same day i bought them with a receipt and was told that they are not responsible for how i store my vegetables . Notice all the goop growing on them. You can't see it through the package as they look wet.

This local chain of stores is really unique! My friends from out of state always want to come and check out the closeouts. They have fun decor items, and tons of other stuff for really low prices.

Tried to return a $2.50 loaf of stale Corbos bread. The teenage girl working the customer "service" counter refused because the bag was open. Well how else would I know it was stale, genius? She proceeded to roll her eyes, consult with a coworker and call for a manager, making an enormous scene out of the situation. This place sucks.

I was here yesterday around noon , and I came up to the customer service desk and specially asked if I could take out the portable scooter because my grandma can NOT walk, and the older lady with white hair told me yes. We shopped and finally we re done and Jacob rang us up no problem , when Margie came up to my grandmother and said to her : I ve been watching you on that scooter and have been on it too long and another customer needs to use First of all : the scooter needed to be charged because it was on red My father John kafantaris personally knows Marc glass man and has contracts with him I have never experienced such rude, disgusting customer service ever My grandmother is getting two new knee replacements on Tuesday - if she could walk she could Next time I see Margie I will run her over with the damn thing - will be calling Marc glassman and corporate about this - such terrible employees

Despite the fact that I found reduced items, they charged me full price anyways and made me wait 20 mins in line. The staff looked at me like I was retarded and I felt ashamed and humiliated. Very unprofessional and a downright desgrace.

I don't normally say anything about service in a store but I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a couple items in the store. One of the employees josh w overheard me and went out of his way to help me find the items and then rang me up so I wouldn't have to wait in line! Over and above what I expected! I left in a great mood! Thanks Marcs !!! (Parmatown store- Thursday late afternoon)
