Within two weeks Hunter and his staff found tenants for our property!!!!!! Hunter came into our home and told us a few things we needed to take care of to get the best rental amount. We took care of them. He had the property rented in two weeks for a great price. We are extremely happy with the work Humter has done!!!!!!! Thank Marchant Company!!!!!!!

What a big mistake choosing Marchant. Here about 4 months. Out of the 4-5 issues we have had...90% of the time (fuse issues, pest control, missing toilet seat anchors)...their reply is almost always "per your lease, tenant responsibility". When does a property management company not provide pest control??

Stay away, do not rent from them. They have been terrible.

We loved renting from Marchant from 2012-2015. They were very reasonable when we requested a longer lease but lower rent, and they were always quick to respond to any issues we had on site. I would definitely rent fro them again!

The staff at Marchant is professional and easy to work with. All of my maintenance requests were done quickly and correctly. The online payment system is good and convenient to use. The new maintenance system is a bit confusing to use, but they were good about reaching out and helping via text. I have enjoyed my time leasing from them and recommend them to anyone who is thinking about leasing from them in the future.

Their advise has been honest, timely and cost savings. When one of the property needed attention to flooring ,another one with a fallen tree mishap and another with plumbing issues, they took care of business!!! I am glad that I no longer have to fret over such issues relating to my properties.

The staff is so professional and nice. They are very good at replying back to your response or concerns. They work on your application in a timely manor and they will try they best to work with you with whatever is needed.

Tenants interested in renting- While most of the employees at Marchant PM have been helpful---most of your issues will lead you to dealing with their director of property management, Brandi, who is difficult, unprofessional, and unreasonable to work with- as well as rude, patronizing, and dismissive.

She will not listen to your case and will issue blanket statement after blanket statement instead of actually solving the problem-leaving you in a whirlwind of frustration. Based on my experience thus far, I m guessing that most of these good reviews come from the property owners and not from tenants.

Owners, please know that your tenants are not being treated with the dignity and respect they probably deserve- and are being subjected to a whirlwind of frustrating phone calls and emails when the tenant is simply trying to resolve an issue related to the upkeep of your investment.

Will not rent from this company again and wish I never had in the first place.

My experience with Marchant, and Hunter particularly, was a very good one. I had an issue with a property which wasn't their fault; unfortunately, it wasn't conducive to my expectations/lifestyle. I approached Hunter regarding the matter and he was able to resolve it in a timely and professional manner.

Working with Marchant has been an enjoyable experience in that they are far and away the most professional property management company in the Upstate. They manage a lot of properties, but they're still just small enough that dealing with them is not like you're just a number in their big machine. You're still working with good people with lots of experience who know how to market, lease and manage your property. And that was exactly what we were looking for.

Communication is outstanding. We are out of state owners so this was very important. Maintenance issues were clearly and promptly explained. Financial reports were timely and deposits to our bank account was prompt. We are selling our unit so our relationship with Marchant is ending. If you are in need of property management, do not hesitate!

Marchant has helped me rent my property numerous times. They take the hassle out of finding renters and help you find trustworthy tenants. They have always been very helpful and responsive. They are professional and efficient and I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

We wanted hands off when it comes to rental property management and Marchant had been able to make it that way for us.

I signed with them and within a day or so my property had renters. Over all good experience but there was a hiccup with the cleaners, which is why I didn't give a 5 star. They have been responsive with all of my email questions and phone calls.
