We loved working with the whole team at Marble Granite Direct. The process was easy, and the installation perfect. Our new countertops are lovely!

We got a quote from Home Depot for the exact same countertop, supposedly "20% off". Marble Granite Direct was a lower price, and the work was done on time, with high quality. The installers were very professional and hard working, with a great result. One of the great things about this place is the selection, they have a lot of different brands of quartz.

I would highly recommend granite marble direct, I give them a 5-star there could be nobody better than them Carlos the measure man installer was absolutely superb r -Ardash and George the owner are so professional and articulate my kitchen Taj Mahal is absolutely gorgeous and everybody that comes in my home loves it.

Ordered signed contract and paid, supplied them with a template all on the same day. Carol told me they would call in about 2 weeks.Waited for a call and Nothing! I called them at 4 weeks and Carol gave me a number for the shop and said they could meet me to deliver it. I called 5 times and no answer with a voice mailbox that is full. I called back to the shop on Saturday and spoke with another lady and asked for my money back, she took my info and said someone would call. Monday I get a call back and was told now I can go pick the item up at there shop in Denver??? Some 20 miles farther from than where I placed the order! This place is a second rate shop with very poor customer service. No one seems to be able to tell you where your item is how long it will take or why it can not be delivered to the shop you ordered it at. The way they operate I am just guessing they do not own anything and contract stuff out to different shops around town. They are just the middle man. Could be wrong but that is the way it seems. Do NOT waste your time effort or money. Got to any other shop or box store for faster and better customer service.. Just my experience and opinion.

We used Marble Granite Direct recently for our remodeling project, and we are happy about this decision. It was a pleasure to work with George (the owner) and his team. George was responding almost right away to our calls. Carole (the manager) has a great knowledge about the granite. She was the reason we chose the company from the beginning -- she impressed us right away. Carlos and his team were very professional. Installation job was done neatly and in no time.

We are very pleased with our new quartz counter tops. Marble Granite Direct had a great selection to choose from. Carlos and Mario did a fantastic job with both the layout and installation. Everyone was so easy to work with. We were impressed by the timely manner in which the project was completed.

Great experience. Very respectful when they were in my home. Installation went smoothly. Beautiful end result. Would highly recommend this company for your countertop needs. Ardash and the countertop installers, and plumber were fantastic and did a great job. Spelled everything out and there were no surprises.

I had a hard time finding a company that deals with granite countertops as well as tile backsplash. I was frustrated but drove past Marble Granite Direct and thought I would stop in. Ardash was helpful and answered all my questions. While they don't carry the tile, they recommended numerous tile showrooms they buy from and then coordinate the demolition and instillation. We decided on a quartz that was really affordable and Ardash ordered the backsplash tile from Daltile. The work was done quickly and looks great! I'm really glad I gave the small company a chance!

Everything from product selection to installation was seamless, fast and inexpensive. Working with Carol was a delight! She helped me immediately narrow down the choices within my budget then exceeded my expectations when I received my quote. The follow through from the owner, George, was the unexpected but very much appreciated customer service. Carlos and Elias were quick with installation and a pleasure to have in my home. I love my new master bath and laundry room counter tops and couldn't be more pleased with my experience from Marble Granite Direct. THANK YOU!

Competitive pricing and they were able to perform the countertop install within my deadline. The installers were professional.

Could not be more pleased with the process. Ardash was so professional. He knows the showroom well and turns estimates and contracts around quickly. He exhibited great patience with me while I struggled with a decision. Carlos and his crew executed a flawless on time installation. Prices were fair and the product is top notch.

Marble Granite did a wonderful job with our office countertop. Ardash was very responsive and easy to work with from the beginning. He gave us a great price and communicated everything clearly. The countertop was installed sooner than I expected, the Quartz slab that we ordered is beautiful and the installers did a great job. I chose Marble Granite Direct after receiving several quotes for the Quartz I had chosen for my kitchen. Only 1 other supplier came close to the price I had been quoted by Ardash at Marble Granite. Ardash was professional and a pleasure to work with. He always answered my calls/emails promptly. The countertops were ordered and installed in a timely fashion and they look beautiful. I am very satisfied with the quality of the countertops. We had a small problem with the installation, but this was resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Marble Granite Direct.

Redoing my kitchen was stressful but out of all the contractors I had, Carole and Ginger were the best. I worked mainly with Carole who did a wonderful job of explaining the process and directing me toward wholesalers to go look at granite. Once I had selected the granite I wanted, Carole priced my slabs at multiple wholesale dealers to get me the best price. Carole also gave me some great advice about my sink and I ended up with a Blanco, which I absolutely love.

Carlos, Carole s fabricator, was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to measure, helping me select edges that were child friendly, and suggesting an additional small area by the sink, which turned out beautifully. He made sure to cut the pieces so there was only a small seam in one place and I never notice it. I also worked with Carlos on what colors in my granite I wanted in particular areas and he did a wonderful job cutting the slabs. The countertops are fabulous.

I would absolutely recommend Marble Granite Direct if you are looking to get granite countertops! You can trust them to give you a good price, give great advice, and do a professional job.

They did a great job in our kitchen and had the best price. Very easy to work with. We called 20+ fabricators and this shop was one of the very few that were able to install hidden corbels for a floating countertop.
