Ordered signed contract and paid, supplied them with a template all on the same day. Carol told me they would call in about 2 weeks.Waited for a call and Nothing! I called them at 4 weeks and Carol gave me a number for the shop and said they could meet me to deliver it. I called 5 times and no answer with a voice mailbox that is full. I called back to the shop on Saturday and spoke with another lady and asked for my money back, she took my info and said someone would call. Monday I get a call back and was told now I can go pick the item up at there shop in Denver??? Some 20 miles farther from than where I placed the order! This place is a second rate shop with very poor customer service. No one seems to be able to tell you where your item is how long it will take or why it can not be delivered to the shop you ordered it at. The way they operate I am just guessing they do not own anything and contract stuff out to different shops around town. They are just the middle man. Could be wrong but that is the way it seems. Do NOT waste your time effort or money. Got to any other shop or box store for faster and better customer service.. Just my experience and opinion.
