Quiet and decent selection of books and movies. Has computers available

The parking stalls are for toy cars, and most people don't know how to park to begin with. It's a nice library, but they do very little to keep the screaming children quiet. When I've said something, I get an evil look from the librarian. They do have fast wifi and knowledgable desk people in the back, but the front desk check-out staff have the personality of dirt. They also need to kick out the people who smell like they haven't showered in a year or two...it gets really bad, but not as nasty as the Venice Beach Branch.

I go in to use their computer & plug my phone in while I'm there..I have a SERVICE ANIMAL, & PAPERS..the lady comes over to me RUDELY telling me no DOGS..I show her my papers then she says what duties does the DOG PERFORM...I told her you saw my papers please stop being rude then I went out to smoke a cigarette.. I went back in asked to speak with someone in charge.the supervisor came out told me everything was OK..then as I was on the COMPUTER, the POLICE came in to talk to me..PUBLIC LIBRARY MY ASS...

Great library with amazing selection of books. Great asset for the neighborhood

My experience with the staff has been very pleasant. Today I thought I lost my keys and even though nobody turned them in when I asked, one of the librarians took my name and phone number just in case someone found them. The only downside that one may see is the library's bathroom doors stay locked and you have to get the keys from the circulation desk.

They have an above average selection of childrens' books but they have one employee that is particularly unhelpful.

Awesome public library with fast internet and often a place to sit. Not super quiet.

Staff is super nice and friendly but BAD slow net connection. They upgraded to what?? dial UP. Too many HOmeless and a group of weirdos in the back area. Three black men who seems to live there.. Not control of weird homeless and rude people talking on the phone. Kind of noisy and the computer set up is weird . Not private at all. You have to be facing everybody. Also 15 min. connect computers are hogged by the homeless all day

This library has a lot of computers and is on the bus line.

It's better than the downtown library but horrible spotty internet connection. People horde over the outlets even if they're not using them. Overall good facility just wish there were more bathroom stalls.

Librarians very helpful with computers. Very kind. Front desk staff no personality what so ever. Feels like your dealing with dmv employee's. Few weirdos accumulate in the back.

Some employees have been working there since 1986 - sign up for a new library card or renew your existing card every 3 years

Not as good as some of the other libraries in the area for a couple of reasons. The facility is not that clean and the people working there are kind of rude. They frequently have a low supply of childrens books as well

The library is fine. The woman behind the counter is RUDE. Just wanted to check out a few books for my son and she acted like I just ruined her day by asking. Sorry you hate your job, but don t take it out on everyone else.
