An excellent place to work. Family oriented, great benefits, and all around it sets the bar for excellence.

I worked at Aspen for 2 days as part of a temporary assignment, and management treated me, my temporary coworkers, and their regular employees with honesty & respect. It was a pleasure working with them, and I can't imagine a bad experience with a group of people as transparent, honest & handworking as those I worked with.

Do not work at Aspen Surgical. Very bad management. Second shift boss does not care about YOU at all . This place is crazy and filled with drama!

Told me that I was hired. Right before I start my first day, they tell me that I am not needed anymore. Went through all the paperwork and signatures, told my previous employer that I had found a new job, then Aspen tells me 12 hours before I start that I am not needed anymore. Very poor management skills and decision making.
