No star rating is applicable for Maple,. I have booked flat at Chakan- Talegaon site, It has been 4yrs, of registration and they are not at all worried about customer pain who is paying interest to bank for so many years. They don't want to meet face to face. i am worried about my investment and the dream of buying own house is just getting vanished. Really furstated, no one is supporting.
Super affordable they are.. Really liked their price and amenities.. Everything is under my budget still i am getting lots of good value for my money. Gonna go for it now. Whoever looking for affordable budget and value for money amenities go for this one..
Aapla Ghar - Talegao Dhamdhere. Pathetic builder. Booked in 2013, registered in 2014 and possession delayed until 2021!!!! Do not buy any flats from them

I purchased flat at chakan (aapla ghar).
Quality is very poor. Not given full facilities as per registration.In my building 2 lift was to be given as per agreement but only one lift provided with poor service. Infact builder has not paid water bill from their side due to that we are not getting. MIDC water connection and we suffering from water issues..Builder has not paid common light bill to MIDC and thatswhy mseb is not ready to transfer connection on society name.

Waste of money by puchasing flat in Apla ghar Chakan -
1. Daily Facing n number of issues - recent issue March21 - " MSEB has cut power as bill is unpaid"....all people of this 9 Storry building are carrying water from ground floor.. Please imagine the condition of flat owners. 145 people are suffering.
2.Earlier to this incident water connection also qualified to discontinue due to huge pending bill.
Both of these connections are still on his name and not handed over to society.
3. During handing over keys he collected 2 years of maintenance and didn't took care of for 2 years. He did not handed over expense and balances to society.
4.We tried Maharerra but did not go well. Requesting all " please be ware of these builders"
He has got exposed saveral times in the past also when he promised flats in 5L and used PM Narendra Modiji's Photo on his ad.
Please please!!don't fail to invest or buy propertise from these brothers. Risk to loose our own hard earn money like us.

Good Staff but little bit leathy process and the reason is they still work with papers and no live details. Hope they ll work on it... its good for there business too
