My husband and I had a two night break, room upgrade, bed and breakfast on both days, one dinner and a cream tea. Room upgrade was to a Premium Suite, which was fantastic overlooking Lough Erin. Food was excellent and all the staff were very friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent package and would certainly recommend the packages and the hotel.

It's a lovely hotel with brilliant facilities and surroundings. The only flault were the changing rooms on 13 and 14 February, they were well below an acceptable standard of cleanliness.

Not disabled friendly. Pool is freezing. Food options are very limited. The staff think they're working at Buckingham palace, not this dated overpriced hotel, I found the interactions with all but the bar staff (when you could get them to look at you) to be thoroughly unenjoyable. There is no entertainment for children at all. The majority of rooms don't look anywhere near the Lough, which is kind of the point of holidaying in this part of Northern Ireland. I wouldn't return.

We had afternoon tea here. The food was excellent and the waitress who served us was extremely helpful and friendly. A couple of things spoiled what would have been a five star experience. We were booked in for afternoon tea at 3.30 pm. Shortly after 4.30 a manager came and told us that they would be serving food from 5.30 on making us feel that we just had to gather up a leave as soon as possible. The other thing was that when I booked, I specifically asked what price the prosecco afternoon tea was but that price was incorrect and it was considerably more.

This place is bliss. The hotel itself ,the beautiful grounds, the outdoor hot tub, the even hotter indoor jacuzzi, the pool . The food was top class. The lough and marina just a stroll away is perfect scenery if you are sitting outside having a drink or you could hire a boat for the day. Close to the town of Enniskillen . I'll definitely be back here.

The beds are really comfy and the food in the bleek restaurant is just amazing! The pool is good and the service is good. I'm likely to come again as I have come nearly every year and I love this hotel. 5 stars from me!

Beautiful place to stay. It was our 4th time, still love it! Lovely lesuire area and outdoor Jacuzzi. The Bellek restaurant is 5 star had yet again another lovely meal. Rabbit to start and cooked to perfection. Beef for main and was melt in your mouth followed by mango and white chocolate panna cotta which i would order every day if i could! Great selection for breakfast and lunch too. The rooms are lovely we got a free upgrade which we were happy with. Friendly and helpful staff. Not a bad thing to say about it and we will be back soon i have no doubt.

This is a beautiful hotel set in the countryside on kesh road from Enniskillen. It overlooks a lovely view of Fermanagh lakes .The interior of the hotel is of a very high standard and staff were very friendly.Dining room for evening meals we found to be expensive so we did not eat in the hotel except for breakfast which was in cluded in our price. The hotel offer special discounted prices occasionally and I would recommend a visit.

Appaling. Foodwise; the taste poor, lacking freshness and also portions poor, for such to be high standard of food, aswell as such asking price. The food also took its time on arriving, hasnt a touch on the surrounding Fermanagh eating Destinations. In terms of Atmorsphere; very dull, also get the feel workers are not happy in their job.
Will NOT be visiting in near future.

Excellent service. Beautiful surroundings. Meal in the restaurant was very nice. Cocktails in the watergate bar not so good, think the regular barman was off and his stand in seemed to have very little experience but she did try and very pleasant. Overall excellent stay, would love to stay again

Beautiful hotel with very helpful friendly staff. Food was great in Cellar Door Bistro. Great choice of foods at breakfast too. Rooms are very modern and spacious, tv in the bathtub is a nice touch!

We usually visit the Manor House once or twice a year for the weekend break. We love coming here! The grounds around the Manor house are beautiful with a lovely walk down to the marina (they also have cottages you can rent by the marina). The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, we stayed in a premier suite this time - you should definitely indulge at some stage. Food and service in the restaurant is first class and I cannot fault the friendly staff. Same goes for the Cellar Door bistro. We will be back again next year.

Nice place, a little overpriced if you're there for a night out, but that's a given for hotels. I found it to be a bit too warm, with little ventilation, but it's clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.

Really nice property in beautiful grounds, just next to the lake. Our room was pretty noisy, it seemed like noises from the kitchen coming into the room via the lift or so, what was disturbing. Food in the cellar bar was average. I ordered the rusty/crusty garlic bread as a starter, what was pretty much a normal soft toast with garlic butter. The bill in the cellar bar was not correct, with one dish on the bill we have not head. Breakfast was ok, but some staff a little too rough for us. Cleaning wasn t impressive, with a lot of glasses etc from the wedding standing around for quite a while.
In summary, we would stay elsewhere next time as apart from the property itself everything else didn t meet expectations and price charged.

Fabulously situated adjacent to beautiful lake with tranquil waters. Boats pearched on land waiting to feel the lake. Stunning restful happy place mixing old and modern themes. Premier rooms, comfort standard in this hotel.

We had our wedding reception here 25 years ago and haven't been back since. We had dinner on arrival at 6.30pm. The food was incredible and beautifully presented, and the staff were very attentive . The room was spotless and nicely decorated and the bathroom was modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
