My kid loved the place, but it was the first of it's kind that he went to. It's a very confusing place compared to HK Ocean Park, Japan's Osaka Aquarium, etc. The ticket booth is already past the entrance of the birdhouse and barnyard. So you'll have to backtrack to get fo those. When you do get to them, they are small and doesn't have much in them at all. The oceanarium is better. Pricing for every is also confusing. Vendor stalls are similar to low-end malls.

Wonderful and I recommend the visit
Especially the families would enjoy the scenery
Recommend an excellent video camera to capture the moments and beautiful scenery.

I have been to kuala lumpur, singapore, barcelona and other cities that have similar places and this one is a joke ... First of all they should say from the beginning that it is 90% for children. I have been with my wife and the noise and huge hords of children were unbearable. Very few fish and exhibits and very small. Even the shows lack originality ... Do not recommend. Better walk or visit another museum.

A lot of attractions that needs improvement and renovation. Halatang luma na. The space is too small for some animals. However, what I like its accessibility and the evening show before closing time.

Beautiful with so many species of fish. The flaws that I found compared to many other parks of the same type 1) badly organized people have to continually get out of the attractions to see the shows once they come out you have trouble getting back 2) once I paid the most expensive ticket actually nn everything is included 3) really short shows 4) too many shops of any kind (it looks like a local market) inside. An experience that stimulates me to repeat it

Manila Ocean Park is strategically located in the heart of manila near Luneta park and Quirino grandstand. The place is suitable for kids. If you've been first to HK ocean park don't expect like this to be on the same level. They do not have the rides and the place is small you can finish all attractions in less than 4 hours if you don't have to wait for the all star bird show, sea lion show and symphony of lights. So I suggest if you're a Filipino young adult, go here first then try HK ocean park in the future. I really do hope they will keep and take care of the animals for our future generations to experience and learn wildlife conservation.

Still a nice place to visit but quite disappointed to see less fishes compared to when they were just starting out.

There are better options for eating now.

So much to see and so little time to do it. Come early in the morning and spend the whole day or stay in the hotel so you can extend your visit until the evening.

Bring extra clothes, fans, and patience. Expect big groups of rowdy students on a field trip.

We were caught up in Manila traffic going there and coming from there.

Enjoy

It was an awesome experience! Its just thay when we visited MOP yhe aircon was broken and there were a lot of kids from various schools are visiting the place. Hope they'll have a way to manage both walk-ins and group reservations.

Its called ocean park but it has other attractions other than the walk-in dome aquarium. They also have a collection of critters and reptiles. Jellyfish tanks that plays with the light. Also a room full of Superman collections. You can also get a picture with the penguins and feed them for like P500. There's lots of restaurants to choose from as well.

Very expensive for just a small attraction. Their best attraction is the aquarium. Their other attractions are just ripping you off your money. Gets you bored and tired after a few walks.

Place was too crowded, no clear directions for visitors as to the flow of the attractions. Also, airconditioning was not working for most of the areas, thus it felt too damp and suffocating

I bought ticket for be a sea lion trainer experience but sadly they said I need to take off my hijab if I want to go in since the sea lion might be suprise and snatch it off my head. I do understand their concern but hopefully this problem can be solve. There are Muslim friendly swim wear that similar to scuba diving suit which I think could be able to accommodate Muslim tourist like me.On the other hand I have a splendid time on my Aquanout experience

I'll just let you in on one of their trick in making you pay more.

If you get the biggest package they have (the 15 attractions) and there are like more than 2 people in the group, I suggest you pay individually and not as a group.

The rude dudes in neon car attraction will tell you that you're only entitled to one neon car, even if you want to split your group, because you only have a single receipt. So have individual receipt instead and tell them you don't know each other.

Heads up: parking is 50php at first 2hrs and 30php on succeeding hours.

Rest of the attractions are great except with anything that has to do with penguins.

3 stars because your staff doing the waiver was rude at the end of our day.

Great place to take your kids to appreciate marine life. The displays were neat and the animals seemed to be properly cared for. They have a variety of package/ deals to suit every family's budget. Ample parking space, but be prepared during weekends due to influx of visitors. The only thing that bummed me was the buffet included in our package. They should've expected patrons and prepared more meals. Food attendants can't even answer when will the dish refills be served.

Overall, it's still a solid experience for my family.

It was pretty nice place to hangout on a sunday. They have sea lion show, all the weird sea creatures, Snakes and lizzards, penguins, you can actually feed the penguins and get your photo taken while you do it. They have fish spa, Barnyard that has more like the pet animals like rabbits and guineapigs... Its not a Zoo but there was some very interesting things. You probably go here only once so you might as well spent pretty much all day here. Its not the best place of its kind but you can have a nice family day here. And kids will love it for sure :)

Ok

There are only two types of tickets, full and slightly smaller. You cannot buy separately. They wanted to see the birds, but the birds were only in a full package, and there we were everywhere except birds.

Update: Giving it one star because of price and maintenance of place. UNREASONABLE!

My experience? Typical amusement park. The reason for two stars: waiver for mermaid swim.

They have different rules for sea lion experience and mermaid swim which requires children to be accompanied by an adult (mermaid swim) and one paying adult (sea lion experience). It seemed to be unclear with the management that they have different rules for each but neglected to understand that they're letting us sign a waiver that may endanger our child. There was no prerequisite from the ticketing booth for us to buy an adult ticket.

Advise to management: let your staff know how waivers work and their responsibility towards their guests.

In fact, you can get around pretty quickly, it can not be compared with Bangkok. I thought jellyfish will be different, but this is one type of the most common jellyfish in all aquariums. We were pleased with the feeding of penguins (for an additional 500 pesos) and the show of birds and fur seals.

Traveled down to here from Malolos City via UVX and the LRT. We decided to walk through Rizal Park. Manila Ocean Park is a great experience and good value for money. There is various gift stalls and food outlets, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a lot of different life forms to see from fish to Large spiders, Sharks to Amazonian Poisonous tree frogs. It has extremely large species of fish which are truly unbelievable in size. A great place to spend the day and very informative. Our 12 year old son Loved it and we plan to return again very soon.

A very good aquatic zoo with plenty of marine life to see. The seal shows are cheesy but a lot of fun and very popular. It's worth taking the family. The kids will really love the attractions and shows. For foreign visitors like me it's not as enthralling, and not a lot different from any other marine park you might have seen.

Lovely
