No customer service, called many times to have information and no returns, always need to call 2-3 times before someone can actually process the vehicle payment. Nice cars, bad service, no wonder the market is shifting to online auctions.

Horrible customer service! Phone manner is completely unprofessional and supported by supervisors. No point complaining or addressing concerns with management. I refuse to do further business with this auction.

I been in the busisnes for more than 20 years I dealed with many auctions in the state and Canada this auction is the best all mangers and all of the stuff are perfect arbitration manger is great they solve the problem right away they treat every one right I hope the other auctions will learn from them thank you Manheim Toronto .

Hello All Dealers, Please beware. Manheim Customer service has been going down hill under the helm of the General Manager (Rich Pomplun). I talked to him this week in regards to few issues that arise in my account after we have bought the vehicle thru Simulcast. He was so Rued and unprofessional, and this is coming from a General manager, what a great example that shows how the operation is going. He had no interest communicating and understand what the issue is other than just be unpolite and wanted to just finish the call. I have escalated the Issue to COX Automotive, and once again, Good bye OLD Manheim if this keeps up.

As an outsider, beautiful location everything seems done to the top, quality and exoticness. As an insider in the auto industry if you thought you had a migraine you don't even know yet. They have an army of employees but when you need to reach someone... good luck.

I have been dealing with M Toronto for over 25 years doing good number of in and out for our deanship feeling more safe and confident more than any other auction in US and Canada buying selling at M Toronto specialty in the last few years during the term of Ken Morin as auction general manager in every way specially by the increased number of cars during his term and the professional way he deals with his buyers and sellers based on his good knowledge of today used cars industry plus how he gets the building/yard more organized, you can see the difference during Ken s time and before he was there in every thing, I had the feeling he was one the most professional auction GM i have dealt with and I think there many business associates I have talked with share the same opinion with me.

Good luck to Ken where ever he go, and thanks Coxs Automotive for this great auction.

This used to be a decent option to buy a car. Not anymore. Currently, the auction lists cars about 30% more expensive than what you can buy at the used car dealership. In fact, it should be 30% less, not more in order to make sense. Most of the cars are damaged or daily rentals. Poor selection of cars and way overpriced.

Easy buy and sell process for dealers. Helpful dealer representatives that do the work for you. Front desk is also great. Very cold in the winters though for dealers in the lanes. Could use a couple heating units like they have at restaurant patios.

The arbitration department is completely unfair. Vehicle descriptions are often very in accurate. Bought a vehicle with the wrong wheels on it. It was not evident in the pictures. The pictures were taken from front and rear angles so the wheels were in the shadows The pictures were taken from front and rear angles so the wheels were in the shadows. There was no close up picture of the wheels. There was no mention in the description that vehicle did not have the correct wheels. Turns out they were just steel wheels with snow tires on it . Auction would do nothing to compensate and cost us over $2000 to buy the correct wheels . Adesa is not great but they are definitely better than Manheim

Terrible service, they really don't care about the customers. Bobby, the manager in Arbitration, does not have any idea about what he is supposed to do and haven't even read the arbitration guidelines. very poor service overall

I have been in the automotive industry for 15 years and counting. I have yet to come across any single person with the integrity, kindness and compassion of Mr. Ken Morin. He is not just a manager, but a friend to his staff and his dealer customers. I've had great experiences with him personally as a customer and I can say for sure that he gives you exceptional care and attention. A few years ago I had a problem with a vehicle which clearly was misrepresented by the manufacturer and was not the auctions fault at all. He took responsibility and made sure me and my client were protected. We were blown away. He is one of a kind and I encourage everyone to seek his help and his friendship.

I have been going to Manheim Toronto since 2005 and it is a nice car auction.
The managers KEN MORIN and BRAD HART were fantastic and they have truly earned my respect.
I want to say thank you to all the great employees for always being so helpful especially Josie,Ruqaiya,Alanie,Riley,Mary,Joe,Bobby,Dave,Michelle,Susan and everybody else.

You guys and all mannheim locations should update your websites and simulcast systems....It is the worst online service I have every used even a highschool kid could deveolop something better. It is importnat to have a easy to use simulcast both on the app and on computer especially these days with covid. Take Adesa for example, their system is so easy to use i can open as many lanes as I want as a time and their system never crashes or causes any errors. Take this advice seriously it will help you and us dealers buy and sell a lot more...
