I m not one to leave reviews like this but please hear me out. I was super skeptical about buying a car across state lines. I live in Denver and the thought of going through the purchase process over the phone sounded like a bad idea based on past experiences. From the first time I spoke with Ken about the BMW X5, I was still a little hesitant about going through with this, but it started to seem a bit more comfortable. As the negotiations and buying effort became deeper, I was sold! Ken is an amazing person to work with and a very genuine individual. I kept waiting for something to come up, but nothing ever did. Ken was honest, fair, reasonable and had my best interest from the very beginning. I highly recommend Ken Boak and would use him again in a heartbeat! Manheim Imports does business in an ethical, honest and timely fashion. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again Manheim and Ken!!
