My nerves were settled by the amazing professionalism and knowledge the persons working at MEC exhibited. My interactions with the staff were met with mutual respect and courtesy. Dr. Kim exemplified patient care wonderfully.The follow up was prompt and concise. I whole hardheartedly recommend anyone who is hesitant or jittery see Dr. Kim and his first rate staff at MEC.

This facility is clean, spacious and professionally staffed. The nurses are attentive and reassuring. I had my procedures done by Dr. Julie Foont. Her teams in the procedure room were outstanding. The recovery area has fairly large rooms that are very comfortable. The staff in general are very friendly and put you at ease.
A pristine and efficiently run practice. I recently had an endoscopy and was highly impressed by how smoothly my visit and procedure went. Dr. Robbins was attentive, calming, and of course, as funny as ever. Would most certainly recommend Manhattan Endoscopy and Dr. Robbins to family and friends.
This place is really excellent. I was very nervous before my procedure, the director of the center stayed and spoke with me up until i had to go into the operating room. the nurses are incredibly kind and professional, and my anesthesiologist made me feel very at ease. I would recommend Manhattan endoscopy to anyone, the staff is great and you are in and out before you know it!

I was here for a colonoscopy yesterday. I was very impressed by the spaciousness, order and cleanliness of the facilities. The interviews and preparations were very thorough and professional. The staff treated the patients with respect, care and kindness. My procedure was totally painless. Afterwards, I awoke comfortably resting on a recovery bed. They offered me soft drinks and crackers, and brought my books and cell phone to play around with. They were careful to check that I would be strong and alert enough to leave the facility. Strong wifi too! High marks to Manhattan Endoscopy Center!
My second procedure there and just like the first time had an excellent experience! Everyone is very helpful & my nurse was great! All area s are spotless.
My GI doc, Dr. P. Pacheco is the best! Very nice and thorough. I feel very well taken care of by him.

Billing dept is impossible to get to speak with and they charge you up front and then make you wait to get overpayment back and use out of network for labs and don't tell you. If it wasn't for my doctor who I like a lot I wouldn't go at all.
