Lovely lunch from the Sports Bar overlooking the bay while watching a dolphin pod swimming by. Great way to spend the afternoon without the cost of spending the night!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world, and my favorite island to rest on.
The staff are fantastic, the grounds incredible, the rooms are gorgeous (although I ll say it looks like some previous guests haven t always been so caring at times). The food options are decent for being on a tiny island.
I m not a fan of Nobu, in any way. But every other restaurant has been good. Breakfast buffet is solid with one of the best views you ll ever find. (Sometimes the dolphins even show up!)
Rent a Jeep, ride a horse, shoot a bow and arrow or just relax in the spa or on the beach... can t go wrong and I always look forward to returning
(Don t forget the cats at Lanai cat sanctuary!!)
Seriously the highest caliber hotel
I have ever stayed in...and after 25 counties and countless 5star hotels that says a lot! The service isn t just great, it s perfection! Every room feels secluded and private with large distance between wings of rooms and staggered Lanais so every lanais feels totally private with lush jungle of beautiful flowers and palms everywhere and incredible and dramatic ocean views from most rooms. Bath is Luxury...tv in the bath mirror, Tyson hair dryer, Toto automates/heated/amazing toilet, plus a tub and lava stone floor rain shower...easily th most luxurious bath anywhere!! The room is gorgeous wood with huge accordion opening glass wall leading to the massive and secluded lanai..automatic bottoms everywhere raise/lower a wall of privacy blinds in the windows, dim lights to three mood settings or off/on, privacy door light, service requesting iPad, and a massive 80 tv... Insane!!!! The pools are gorgeous, warm and relaxing, the Beach is beautiful. At the pool the service is unmatched, attendants roam the grounds with fresh fruit, water jugs, and Evian facial mist...it s magical!!! I cannot day enough wonderful things!!!
Isolated, and beautiful.
If you want to get away from it all, Four Season Lanai is about as far away from it all as you can hope to get within the fifty states of the U.S.
It isn't "exciting" but the resort is luxurious, the restaurants are excellent, the staff and rooms are wonderful, the beach is a delight, and the island of Lanai is quiet and full of natural beauty. If you travel on Lanai outside the resort, expect to come back covered in red mud except for a huge grin.
(And respect signs that say "Kapu" - this means keep out, and they no mess aroun', lolo.)
Spectacular setting and world class service. Loved it!
Hotel is in a great location. There is always lots to do, with a full list of daily activities list. The staff are primarily locals, making the experience culturally nourishing and very welcoming.
The subtle details make this hotel great. For example the adult only pool is a fantastic touch for those who want to escape the noise of children.
The hotel rooms are very spacious, modern and well lit. The gym and spa facilities equally impressive.
10/10, would recommend.
One step into the resort and I knew it was the nicest hotel/resort we had been to. Everything was done with care and to perfection.
The only negatives I see is the prices for food is higher than expected and the free internet was not fast enough to stream video on.
We spent $60/person round trip to take the ferry from Maui over to Lanai. This hotel is a great place to stay with a beautiful pool area facing the ocean. Waiters will come and bring you little refreshing treats like a mango Popsicle and mocha ice cream shots while you bask in the sun. Sunday brunch is delicious with decent variety of dishes, fruit, and made to order omelets. You can't beat the great views of Dolphin Bay. If book your reservation a few months in advance you can get a more affordable deal otherwise the price can be a little high for most budgets. The service is awesome though and the facilities are updated, comfortable, and classy. If you just want to come in for Sunday brunch, it was $49/person when we went on February 2020.
Beautiful hotel in every way ! Spectacular rooms with top notch bathrooms, gorgeous pool and hot tubs, waterfalls and views of the ocean.
The resort property is stunningly beautiful. Well manicured and maintained. The views are breathtaking.
We had lunch there, which was fabulous. That was probably the best hamburger I have ever had in my entire life. Lunch was absolutely memorable, and I hope to go back someday. Mahalo
Surprisingly reasonable prices for lunch and high quality food, excellent staff and grounds.
This is a magnificent place. Very luxurious. The people are so friendly and loving. The food is amazing...I will definitely one day return.
Above all, customer service here is incredible. Everyone at the resort is dedicated to making sure you have an amazing experience there. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the views from the beach are equally as beautiful. Overall, worth the expense and thinking about the next time I'll go back!
Beautiful beach 7 miles away from resort. Can only fly in if staying at the hotels. There are 2 resorts and one old hotel up the mountain " in town".
Very exclusive resorts. No Paparazzi allowed.
Wonderful harbor. Great origin story about lost love and the origins of the Mako Shark. Met an old man who every morning sifts through the sand for cigarettes because people who visit are not treasuring the Island.
Please do not come to The Lanai If you do not treasure Her. One of the last pure places in Hawaii.
Pod of 60+ dolphins.Turtles..tidal pools, wild surf, beautiful bay.
Coming for the day? Trilogy Sailing is the ONLY charter to take. Captain is second generation Trilogy Captains. Trilogy since 1974. They also have a trip to a Marine Preserve. See the most fish ever on this excursion.Ask for Brandon.
A place where the sum of the parts are much greater when packaged together!
Ate a nice late breakfast here. Food was good and restaurant staff was amazing. The concierge was fairly rude and unhelpful, which really soured the experience. Amenities were top notch, but there is not much to do here. They serve Coke here, so it's a good pit stop.
This has a great atmosphere. Sunset dinners are always excellent.
We ate at the sports bar and grill. The venison burger was amazing. My wife had the Pappardelle with venison with house made local ricotta and it was fabulous. We also had a couple of the cocktails which were surprisingly tasty as well. The service is top not h and the resort is incredible. I'd highly recommend visiting if your on Lanai.
Wow! Wow! Wow! What a spectacular property!! It s a great place to relax and reconnect, a Bali feel, with beautiful wood floors and lush landscaping. There s an extreme attention to detail everywhere. The room was amazing and super spacious overlooking the ocean. Ate at all 3 restaurants and everything we had was delicious. The ocean views were so beautiful. Dreaming of returning already.
The perfect tropical retreat. Can t wait to return. Be sure to buy your snacks before taking the ferry over. Not much on the island.
Spectacular. Outstanding service and beautiful resort.
This hotel has some of the most beautiful gardens and landscaping I have ever seen! The rooms and bathrooms are large and very comfortable. The beach is quite a walk to get to; we were told that no shuttle is offered, but on our last day, I did see a golf cart taking people down to the beach. The adult pool is so shallow, that it is uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! The staff are all very friendly.
It was beautiful though quite expensive. Good cocktails with a view.
One of the finest resorts I've been to anywhere in the world with service to match. Location out of this world.
One of the Four Seasons chain on Lanai island. Surrounded by nice beaches and great view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even though Four Seasons are high end hotel this one doesn't look that luxurious compare to other four seasons. A small boutique in the lobby, spa, swimming pool and Cabana overlooking the beaches. Money well spent
One of the best experiences in service you can have even if a bit expensive. Staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure you are taken care of. Will be back as often as I can.
A truly spectacular place to celebrate special occasions. Elegant, extremely upscale resort nestled in a rainforest setting with plentiful amenities and a highly attentive staff.
