I'm so disappointed in this office - they do not listen to their patients. Everything is 'by the books', and they are no help if you are experiencing anything adnormal.

First trimester was the normal morning sickness. By my second trimester, I had developed migranes that lasted for days on end. I was always told to take Tylenol or anti-nausea pills, even after I told them multiple times it had no affect. After weeks of dealing with migranes, I ended up in the ER after 48 hours of throwing up (including water), and it was the ER doctor that prescribed me something safe that worked within an hour of seeing me!

By my third trimester, I was having a lot of trouble breathing because the baby was so active. After weeks and multiple visits with Manch OB, I once again landed in the ER. After multiple tests, and waiting for 5 hours to end up with a 'anxiety' diagnoisis from the ER, it was my boyfriend that figured out the baby was causing ashma attacks. Not of course, after a second hefty ER bill and an additional bill from the OB office for the emergency visit they requested when I called.

I am now over 40 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing extremely painful contractions for almost 2 weeks, but not dialing. Once again, Manch OB refuses to induce me (even through I've been told BY THEM on multiple occasions that it is very normal to be induced at this stage of pregnancy). I have left the office crying 3 times now, and all they can tell me is to 'hang in there' and 'you're doing great'. I'm still not guaranteed when I will finally be induced, and I'm worried about the stress this is causing myself and the baby.

Sorry for the lengthy read, but unfortunately this all needed to be said. I do not recommend this office, and I will not be returning once I am through with this pregnancy.

UPDATE: A few days after this review, I finally talked a doctor into setting an induction date (at 40 weeks, 6 days), but crazy enough my water broke on it's own after a second sweep of my membranes. I gave birth to a healthy 10 lb baby, and am now home from the hospital on maternity leave.

I just found out that my short-term disability paperwork (which can only be filled out by Manch OB) is going to take up to 7 business days to be completed. It then takes 2 business days to be faxed over and placed into the short-term system, and then another week after that to get payment to me. Basically, I'll be without pay for up to one month after giving birth.

And when I called back to plead my case as a single mother who needs to make her bills, the billing department told me they were short staffed and could do nothing to hep me...

I am a first-time mom-to-be and my recent experience with this office was not good, to say the least. I was initially going to go into detail about every disappointing thing I experienced during my time with this office. But instead, I d like to point out a few of the frustrating moments I experienced from the staff s chronic lack of compassion and support. During every appointment I felt the physician s questions were so monotonous and repetitive to them, never genuinely asking how I was feeling or what I was experiencing. The ultrasound tech we had for our anatomy/gender appointment was cold and very passive aggressive. She unfortunately sucked any fun or excitement out of what should have been a very exciting time for my husband and I. At this same appointment the ultrasound showed I had placenta previa. A complication that we were told the doctor would discuss with us later. This never happened. The doctor we seen sat with us in the exam room for about 2-3 minutes and simply asked okay, what questions do you have? . This was one of those moments that everyone has when your caught off guard and your mind goes blank. It turned out to be just another unproductive, unsupportive appointment I wasn t surprised by their carelessness but my husband was finally able to see what I had been complaining about for months. Lastly, I ll add that when I called their nursing triage line, after having an 8-day migraine that would not budge, the nurse on the other line asked the person next to her, while still on the phone with me, what are we telling them to take now? . Not only did I feel categorized in an insensitive way but not confident in the advice I was being given. I ended up not following the unsure advice and calling my primary care doctor for recommendations. There were many other encounters like the above that caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. Needless to say, I have since transferred OB/GYN s and regret not making the move sooner.

I have never had any problems with Manchester OB. I think i've met all the Dr's at this point, and they've all been wonderful and super friendly and willing to answer any questions I have.

Sarah who works in the Billing Department was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful when making a payment. This employee continued to speak over me in a condescending manner the entire phone conversation. It is absolutely unacceptable to have an employee speak to a patient with such lack of respect. I've had excellent encounters with medical staff in the past at this facility and it's a shame one individual can leave such a bad impression.

Everyone was awesome! I was treated with kindness and respect from the time I came thru the door. Dr. Joshua Nathan is the best I have ever seen and I had my first Ob/ Gyn appointment many years ago.
I am having my teenage granddaughter go here and I am very protective of her!

I've been coming here for many years. I regularly see Dr. Meinz or Meghan Stringer they're my favorite. Dr. Nathan helped with my sons delivery, he was great! All of the doctors I met with my prenatal care were very friendly. The only thing I dont care for is one lady in the billing department but other than that I do highly recommend manchester obgyn.

I've been seeing Alison Palmer now for almost 8 years. I always feel extremely comfortable in the office and the staff have never been anything but welcoming and professional. I've always been someone who avoids the doctor but Manchester OB/GYN Associates makes their practice welcoming and comforting to those even who hate going to the doctor. The practice is clean, the waiting room comfortable and welcoming and in a great location in Manchester! Definitely my top recommendation for anyone who asks me.

I wouldn t even give this place one star. I had one pregnancy with them and they charged me for things I did not ask for. Nobody ever asked me about harvesting cord blood nor did I ever ask anybody to do so. But they charged me anyways. (Curious on where this harvested cord blood has been sent to because I know nothing about it) The office staff is entirely unfriendly and rude. Always. They told me I HAD to be at the hospital within a half hour to get induced (a week early) because the baby wasn t moving and running out of fluid but nobody showed up until TWO hours later. If I had known that I wouldn t have sat in a hospital room for 2 hours waiting for some sort of acknowledgement. The nurses were extremely rude. The billing department never met with me to discuss insurance or how they bill or what they did/did not cover. (My new office does this) When I received a bill the billing department couldn t explain what it was for or why they refused to bill insurance and they refused to work with me at all on getting it paid. They also refused to see me when I was in need of medical attention which resulted in me losing a baby. They don t care about their patients. They care about their money and if they cared about their patients I might still be pregnant. Moving to an office who CARES was the best decision I ever made. Don t go here unless you want to be treated like dirt by office staff and nurses.

Absolutely terrible people. Not willing to help and clearly don't know the meaning of a medical emergency. They judge you before even meeting with you and are not willing to give appointments to people based off of incomplete data. I would never tell any body to go here.

They are wonderful people and exceptionally competent. Between delivering my second son and subsequent care, they have been absolutely fantastic. They ve seen it all and have a very laid back and calming manner that always helps me remember than I am never the first, last, or only patient to feel gross during pregnancy or postpartum- or beyond. It s comforting to be reminded that you re never alone (in good time or bad!)

Manchester OB has been a huge blessing! They were fantastic during my pregnancy and delivery of my son in 2016. Dr. Stapp has helped to address chronic pain stemming from endometriosis. She has helped me to evaluate alternative treatments (pelvic floor physical therapy, biofeedback, various pharmacuticals, etc) and has always kept the focus of my care on long term quality of life.

I'm ecstatic with the professionalism of Meghan Stringer, Jillian Dulac, as well as medical assistants Cecile and Zjelka, and others that were involved in my recent visits to your office . I just had a few procedures done recently including a hysteroscopy. I was fortunate that I didn't have to go to go to the hospital for this test and so glad your office has the equipment to perform this procedure. The doctors are so warm , but yet professional, explaining every step of the way, while trying to comfort you. Couldn't find a better staff, and I commend all that were with me through this trying few weeks of tests. They all treated me like family. No need to go elsewhere in my opinion. Thank you for your advancements and bringing cutting edge tools/machinery to your office. Cuts down on the patients stress levels for sure!

I had my annual physical here last week. The receptionist was very kind and professional; Terri, the Nurse, made me feel comfortable prior to my meeting Megan, the Nurse Practioner; Megan was lovely, easy to talk to, and professional. This is the first time I felt relaxed and comfortable for this annual exam. I highly recommend this Office and Especially Megan & Terri!

One of the best doctor experience that I ve had. I prefer Meghan but all of the staff there is funny and personable and makes having tools shoved into my lady bits not as terrible as it would be anywhere else. I highly recommend.

8 years ago was my last visit with this office.... First off, I had two wonderful doctors deliver my 3 boys. One of which retired after my second child being born. After my last child, I had a tubal ligation done.

I recently have found out some news that has me emotional after 8 years, I've gotten pregnant and I'm miscarrying. I called this office because they were the first Ob I thought of when it came to comfortability and the ones who knew of my medical history. The feeling I got when I spoke to triage was less than comforting the moment I said who I had for insurance. Whether or not you take state help, it does not make me less of a human being. I'm sick of calling offices and just because they don't accept my type of insurance does not mean their tone of voice needs to change or make me feel like I am less than the next person who has more money and better health insurance.

I now know better than to ever call this office again. I'm seriously disappointed.

Horrible experience here. Went in for an exam and pap. The doctor who did my exam DID NOT WEAR GLOVES and put their bare fingers inside of me... as if that weren't bad enough, she nicked my cervix while taking the pap smear, which caused really bad pain down there for about a week. On the way home every bump in the road was excruciating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heidi Meinz for almost 20 years. She is compassionate, kind, respectful, knowledgeable but most important; PATIENT with me. I ALWAYS have a TON of questions for her. She never rushes me. She understand my needs and makes suggestions in a professional manner.
She even came in on her day off to deliver my 2nd daughter!!! I will never leave her! When the time comes, I will continue to travel the longer distance to Dr. Meinz when my girls are ready! She is beyond amazing! Love this entire team!

I have been going to Manchester Ob/Gyn Associates for several years now and I finally am writing the great review they deserve. They have helped me through trying to get pregnant through delivering my healthy baby and beyond. They have been helpful, caring, responsive to my questions/concerns and are a great practice! I've seen many of the MDs/NPs/Midwives and have been very happy with my care. I would easily and highly recommend them to friends and family for their care.

I have been a patient of Manchester Obstetrical Associates for nearly 14 years. I struggled for awhile with infertility, and until I became a patient of Manchester OB/Gyn, I always wondered if I could have children. I am now the mother of 2 and I will be always grateful to Dr. Donofrio for her expert treatment. Moreover, the entire staff provides quality, safe, respectable care. From the MDs, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technologists, to the nurses and secretaries, I am proud to be a patient of Manchester OB/Gyn. The amount of services provided and the compassionate treatment makes me a patient for life.

Every single one of the staff members at this office goes up and beyond their job description to make their patients feel cared for and heard. As a long term patient of this office, I have always been impressed with their professionalism. After being cared for by them during my first pregnancy, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the entire office. They make you feel like family and that they genuinely care for you. Each physician I interacted with listened to my concerns and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The medical assistants and US techs are absolutely wonderful as well. I HIGHLY recommend this office and their staff.
