Anyone who is involved with this court system should expect to have random fines added after the fact no matter what the paperwork requires. No help should be expected for anyone looking for help from this con institution. There only interest is in how much they can get out of anyone they come in contact with. So if you need help dont call the cops, find youself an off the books type help unless u want to pay other peoples paycheck for no help to you.
