Awesome customer service and wonderful product! Ordered my husband a huge assortment of things and he was really happy. He said the teriyaki beef jerky was so tender, the best he's ever had. I can't wait for him to try it all!

Got a crate called 'Exotic Meats' as a gift. Cool idea, good variety, quality assortment.
Placed my order on Dec 18 for Christmas Delivery. Paid $15 extra to make sure my gift arrived on time. No email or notification that it would not arrive. Had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to be told that it was never shipped. How can you run a business like this?
I was on your website for literally 10 minutes and now you spam every ad feed that I get (facebook, instagram, youtube). Ridiculous.

Very rarely there have been issues, but the two times I've had to contact them, was amazing. You still get real folks answering the phone - clearly they value their customers! I ordered the man crate a week before it was to be delivered. It was 2 days late arriving -- I believe this to be FedEx's fault, but Man Crates customer service did their best to accommodate. Will definitely use again. The jalapeno bacon jerky was my husband's favorite thing out of the Bacon man crate.
Extremely poor execution of gift. Took me an hour to open the crate. Moreover, extremely Americanized gifts no diversity to cater to broader audience.
Amazing ordering experience! Not only are these awesome gifts, but the customer service exceeded expectations when I THOUGHT I was going to have a shipping issue (turned out okay and was on time). I am very impressed with this company, keep up the great work! :)
Bought and sent my good friend the ammo box what did you beer glasses personalized. My friend loved it except for one thing I spelled the name Gustavo wrong. Thanking to myself no problem they'll replace the two glasses if I offer to buy them with the correct spelling. Text and called customer service and they said I'd have to buy the whole kit once again. Express to them I cannot afford that but didn't seem to care. So my Christmas present and messed up I can't fix it!
They made a mistake with my order but they make things right so I could be a happy customer thanks Man Creates.

Amazing idea, fun and totally appropriate. I've already made two purchases. One sent down the street to Fast Lane auto service, since those guys went above and beyond, and the second, to my father back in California after his second hip replacement surgery. Gift basket? NO WAY....A crate of Cowpocalpse to the auto guys and an ammo box full of jerky and other goodies to my Dad. Everyone loved them and they are all going to order for their friends and loved ones. Great company!
Very clever stuff. Stupid execution. Crate top hot glued all the way around. Pry bar pretty useless. Ended up destroying the crate in process of getting top off. ever heard of nails?
