The best chicken ever made!! Once a week go to place for us!!

Food is exquisite, with good service and good price.

Everything is good here. Arroz chaufa y los maduros a must try. Chicken how is should be done.

I'm sad to see this place going downhill. As soon as ownership/management changed, things started changing for the worse. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. It used to be so delicious and so affordable. The food is still good, but definitely not what it used to be.

Sort of a fast food Peruvian place. Very good chicken and prices.

Food is as good as Alpaca but they charge full price for green beans even on the 1/4 chicken plate. A $9.15 plate from Alpaca is $12 here. SMH I will always choose Alpaca b/c of this!!

Really simple great chicken at a great price, not fancy just good!

the food is very good, but get it to-go... the dining room is really dirty, tables were sticky and had not been cleaned, floors were dirty, and no staff were cleaning them

The WORST experience ever! First -- their sanitation grade is 90. Unfortunately, my friends and I noticed this AFTER ordering our food. We all ordered individually -- 1st person's food came out within minutes. 10 minutes later, the 2nd person's food arrived - 30 minutes later (1st person was done eating), I asked when my food would be ready. The waiter/cashier gave some excuse about the kitchen mixing up the sequence of orders that they'd received. Minutes later, I asked if my food could be placed in a carry out box, since my friends were done eating by now! 10 minutes later, my food STILL had not come out of the kitchen! I will never go back!

Tasty chicken for affordable prices that leave you wanting more! I had the "Peruvian fried rice" and a quarter chicken - moist and seasoned perfectly. The only draw back was the slightly under-fried French fries. Just stick to the plantains or ask for extra crispy! Go!

Get the chicken, yucca fries and plenty of the yellow sauce! A favorite place in the city.

My 3 friends all liked it more then i did but it was very good. My favoirite thing was the chicken soup. Perfect for a cold or hangover.

Wow! A lot people told me about this place and it lived up to the hype. Phenomenal chicken, and you gotta mix the yellow sauce with the green, so good!

This place is so money hungry ordered 2 meals the other night and they only gave me 2 sauces that's smaller than a thimble and they don't say till after i was rang up before stated if I wanted extra sauce it would be extra 2.00 so I said I have to swipe my card for 2.00 and she said no we have to charge u 5.00 min
For card swipe .. so I was like cant u spare 2 sauces and she said no so I end it up saying I didnt want the food .. and instead of saying no we wont worry about 2.00 she said ok and lost a 2500 sale for 2.00 I'm sauces ..
Alpaca is way better and they are not money hungry

The original "Alpaca", this place is a gem. Their chicken is a family favorite and their sides are delicious, try the yucca fries with their yellow sauce, and buy their flan.

Chicken was average, slaw was a bowl of cabbage and mayo, beans were flavorless. Go somewhere else.

I usually buy for take out the whole chicken w/the two side and buy 2 additional sides for my family of four. The food is good and we really enjoy having Mammi Noras often for dinner. However my complaint is that I only get one of the green sauce. One sauce is not enough for a family of four :( is not fair that everyone gets one regardless of the amount of food we buy.

The chicken soup is delicious, the rotisserie chicken is tender, juicy, and flavorful. Prices are good and the employees are friendly. All in all, a good choice for lunch.

Amazing food, the Lomo Saltado is on point. The rotisserie chicken was okay, I have had better. Service was good, a kid was crying for the full 45 mins we were there, kinda gave us a bad experience.

Love his place. They have two coke freestyle machines. The food is typically always yummy and it s a great place to get a family sized meal. Prices are slowly creeping up but that s to be expected.

Authentic Latino chicken. The meat is fall of the bone and full of great flavor.

I go out of my way for the original mami Nora's whenever I can. Quarter white, 2 sides and lots of yellow sauce. Yum!

Some of the best Peruvian chicken in the city of Raleigh.

Peruvian chicken is currently very popular around Raleigh, with at least five chains competing. Mami Nora's is arguably the best, judging by our visit and the parking lot test--full most of the time.

Food is great but hygiene is okay, could be better!

The soup here was out of this world. I had been 3 days into the flu and was dropping off a car to a employee who works here. I was not looking forward to anything this day as I felt awful. I was invited to eat, and man was this a sign from God. The soup was absolutely amazing I have never had anything as good that brought my spirit, mind and body back to over 150% percent. Next time I am in NC I will go out of my way to dine here again!!!

A nice place serving Peruvian style chicken. The food was good but they can do a little more to better the decor of the place.

This place is so delicious, and very affordable. 9 bucks for half a chicken and two sides? Heck yeah. I'm not sure what they do with their chicken to make it so good, but it makes eating Boston Market look like eating a soiled diaper you found on the side of the road. Very nice staff, too.

Awesome Peruvian-inspired food. The fried rice is awesome. But lines can be long so order ahead.

I absolutely Love this place. There's nothing you can compare it to. Best Chicken in The Triangle. And don't forget the yuca. Once you try yuca, you'll never eat french fries again.

Used to be very good a while ago. Quality and flavor have definitely gone down. The lomo saltado tastes 0% authentic. If you are a foodie seeking a taste of authentic Peruvian, this is not the place.

This is soul food, literally good for your soul. The whole family loves it and it's a must for out of town guests.

Our first time here. In the area & looking for something different from the usual fast food. The food was delicious; served quickly & at perfect temperature! We're ordered the special of the day, "Chop Chop," & there was more food than either one of us could eat! In fact, one order would have fed both of us! So, of course, we took food home. I finished mine for supper & it was just as good as at lunch. We highly recommend Mami Nora's! If you like Mexican & Cuban food, there's no doubt that you'll love Peruvian food!

Clean place with good food. Language barrier on items in menu, and portions seem small. It's the type of "in crowd" establishment.

Good mom and pop type restaurant. The rotisserie chicken is outstanding. You won't find better at the grocery stores or Costco

I really enjoyed the overall experience. Great food, great atmosphere. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very simple menu and very delicious food. Got some Dark chicken and slaw and fried plantains. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend going early. I walked in soon after 11:30 and by noon the line was halfway around the dining room.

Mami Nora's is hands down the best rotisserie chicken in or near Raleigh. Their sauces are wonderful and the plantains and yucca are GREAT! Love this place - it has become a regular habit for us...

2/3 times I place an order over the phone they can't get it right. I order every week. Please get someone who knows how to fkin speak English and take my order.

Honestly the best food ever! Easy on the tummy, healthy, very affordable and extremely yummy! Excellent staff too! Our whole family is addicted! Love love love our Mami Nora's!!!!

Amazing food. Bad/delayed service.

Mauricio, its all about my time being wasted.

1. I sat in the drive through one time for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I eventually called and they brought my order out. Could have asked that car to pull up, I never saw them communicate with someone in the window.

2. I tried calling a couple weeks ago and the phone just rang off the hook. I went to another resteraunt.

3. I tried calling yesterday and the line immediately cut off. When I showed up they didnt seem to be aware that the phone was not working.

If I am on a limited lunch break, that really strains me for time.

I don't know if you guys need to increase your staff or open more phone lines, or what. I understand food margins are slim but with amount of business you guys do I feel like you can do better. Great food tho!
