We stopped here for lunch on a busy day just before the New Year. Unfortunately, the waitress spoke only broken German and didn't understand the dialect. She had typed my pizza wrong so that she only noticed the fourth (!!) time that something was wrong and I had waited just over an hour from ordering to eating.
On the bill there were various things that I hadn't ordered and, as I said, the wrong thing for the pizza. The lady just said it was a new system and the pizza I ordered was not in the system. Conveniently, she had typed a more expensive pizza and only after my inspection was this grumpy accepted.

What is great is that you have a great view on the terrace and the pizzas (when they come) are actually quite good! (The fries for the little ones are also good)

Raclett evening with rich side buffet. The Eringerbratwurst is my tip for meat lovers.

Service miserable. We were also abused. Portion of fries with CHF 9.50 completely overpriced. Not recommended.

There are not enough tables inside. The pizza was cold but arrived very quickly. On the other hand, other dishes come much later or the order is lost

I had coffee breaks and lunch during the ski holidays. The staff is always friendly, even at rush hour when all ski courses are finished and everyone wants to eat. Quality of the menus is good-very good. Price is ok, of course not a bargain.
The service asks again and again if everything is ok. We are regulars during the ski holidays.

The restaurant, the view and the staff are friendly. It's ok for a drink. But I strongly advise against eating there. All of the dishes we received contained dead flies and midges. Everything is warmed up. Besides, it's quite expensive.

Was eating several times and was ok. Last time when I had to wait 30 minutes for two beers, I ordered a syrup for my daughter (not even 2 years old). I was then charged 2 CHF. Thus, this restaurant died for me! What shoud that ? There are many other restaurant on the Belalp to min. do not rip off people like that. Bye Sepp!

The outdoor terrace has a beautiful view and the witches land has a good view. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the cutlery was extremely dirty and the wine glasses. The pizza was a bit bland and way too much cheese. However, the risotto was extremely fine. Also the coffee was very tasty. The prices are a bit too high for the quality.

It is close to SKI lift umd offering excellent food

We have been here several times and everytime satisfied. The service staff is friendly and efficient (and quite stress-prone). The kitchen was good, it went fast and the price is ok.

Don't go there for a sandwich,they don't prepare any,and they don't have bottled water either.Only big 2 L bottles.

Pizza was great, Magda our service as well We would love to come back.

Good price-performance ratio on the Blatten - Belalp ski slope.

We would be there on New Year's Eve. Nice room in the new building, friendly host and friendly staff, fantastic pizzas. We will be back.

Chalet Sepp is a conviniently located restaurant and hotel near the new gondola. The whole place is very down-to-earth and the staff is very friendly. The food is nutritious, good tasting and the cooks are very competent. The prices are very fair and I was surprised that I got a great pizza, nice service and a lovely ambiente for such a great prize. The rooms serve their purpose and are well though and have all the necessities.
I definitely recommend this place!

Pizza tastes excellent and is richly topped with ingredients. Staff very friendly. Ambience a bit dark / getting old

We were served very badly. The capricious service has insulted us.
In addition, the food in the high-price segment but the quality was geniusbar.

Good pizzas and nice service! Even the gratin was better than he looks.

Long waiting times, staff hardly speaks German, quality food mediocre! we don't go anymore.
