Mauricio, its all about my time being wasted.

1. I sat in the drive through one time for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I eventually called and they brought my order out. Could have asked that car to pull up, I never saw them communicate with someone in the window.

2. I tried calling a couple weeks ago and the phone just rang off the hook. I went to another resteraunt.

3. I tried calling yesterday and the line immediately cut off. When I showed up they didnt seem to be aware that the phone was not working.

If I am on a limited lunch break, that really strains me for time.

I don't know if you guys need to increase your staff or open more phone lines, or what. I understand food margins are slim but with amount of business you guys do I feel like you can do better. Great food tho!
