Very welcoming hotel, clean and very qualified staff
Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Polite friendly staff. Food very good. Only 5/10 minutes walk to Temple Bar/Grafton Street area.
Hotel very good, attentive and friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Nice room....a little cold though. Lovely helpful staff and the breakfast was lovely too ! Really enjoyed.
Was very disappointed with the hotel. On checking in I was given a room on top floor with building going on the whole room was shaking from kango hammer vibrations. Got moved after complaining but had to push for it. New room we moved to had scaffolding stacked up fully outside window so no view out and dark in room.Customer satisfaction wasn't on their agenda. No actual bar. Drinks in area where you eat breakfast. Food ok . Wouldn't stay here again.Very disappointing.
The hotel is a modest 2.5-3 star at the best. Room was small, bathroom sink in poor condition. Good location right next to the garden of remembrance. Easy to get to Dublin buses and hop on hop off buses too.
Ten minutes walk from the city center, it really offers excellent value for money. The staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. spacious and functional bathroom. Powerful wireless network and hearty and tasty breakfast. Super recommended.
Not a good experience breakfast cold noisy renovation ignorant staff and not one bit child friendly horrible hotel don't recommend
Great service, staff very helpful and friendly. First time in a Maldron Hotel won't be my last
Great hotel: clean, spacious rooms, hearty breakfast and varied.
Many thanks for the beautiful stay my wife and I had last night in Parnell sq. I booked a twin in error instead of a double and reception changed us to a souble without any questions or problems. The eooms are so well presented and staff so friendly. Many thanks
Room was so dark that lights had to be keep on at all times, there was thick dust up at curtains and they weren't on right. There was no windows to open and bathroom had no extractor fan. I paid 15 euro for special occasion for my wee boys birthday and wouldnt have cost 5 euro, it was waste of money and terrible, was very disappointed overall. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there were stains on bed sheets. Definitely not worth the money. Location was good but there was no parking
I stayed at the Maldron Parnell Square in February as family was attending surgery at the Mater Hospital.
I was not sure what to expect at the hotel.
The whole staff was so friendly and helpful and I felt welcome.
The room, bathroom and the whole Hotel was spotless, the COVID-19 rules was very visible and enforced everywhere.
Breakfast and Dinner was very tasty and whole experience of my visit was excellent .
Good option. Central. Conbinacion of buses and shuttle to nearby airport.
Fantastic breakfast and evening meal well worth the price. Staff welcoming and waitress and waiter on the bar very happy
Very Nice hotel. God adress.
Very good service and helpfull personale.
Clean Rooms and Very good breakfast
Stayed here for 3 nights recently. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, very knowledgeable and providing excellent advice. We managed to obtain a discounted deal which provided excellent value. Only a few minutes walk to O'Connell Street, and the city centre, Temple Bar etc easily in walking distance. Bus stops to many locations including Phoenix Park located on Parnell Square.
The room was very clean and modern although clothes storage space may have been a problem for a longer stay. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
Very pleasant staff, great rooms and bar service excellent.
Only a short visit in the bar , visiting family very clean and comfortable reception area , bar and restaurant . I can not comment on the rooms though. I'd guess very nice and clean too
Great hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the center
Nice hotel. Amazing flat, good foods, good staff. The localization is perfect!!
Clean hotel, not a far walk from the main street. Breakfast was awesome, so many options and healthy.
Good no frills hotel. Very nice staff. Small rooms (typical for the area). Bathroom has cream hand wash and shower has gel shower/hair wash.
Just want to say a big thank you for the effort made with takeaway afternoon tea for coeliacs, its was fantastic. A lot of effort and the selection of food supplied delious. It was great to have a special afternoon thanks to the maldron. Would recommend to anyone.
An incredible place and well connected to the center. Great attention from the staff.
If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIR ven. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
The hotel is in a great location with regards to distance to the city centre. The area on the way to hotel from town looks a bit cagey, especially if you are not familiar with that part of town, but it's a busy area with lots of activity. The hotel itself is very modern. There is a small bar that you see as you walk in. It appeared to be very quiet while we were there though. Breakfast is also served there. I didn't avail of the breakfast so I can't comment on the food. The staff we met on arrival were very friendly however no details were given to us about breakfast times etc. but we didn't ask either but the room we had all the information we needed. Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the bar which was next to the reception. We were given a complimentary upgrade so that was great. The room was nice, spacious and had a large balcony outside that overlooked the city but apart from 2 small bottles of wine and chocs (which we were very grateful for) the room was very basic. The rooms were clean however.
Good value for money. Cleanliness and customer service.
High traffic at breakfast. (Suggestion: review the lay out of food and space to facilitate travel for customers).
The room is not clean, traces on the table, the window sill ... Bad insulation, we hear everything that happens in the hallway and the neighboring rooms, light goes under the door itself the night. The staff is not nice, we were denied access to the restaurant because it was booked. The shampoo and shower gel have been replaced only once in 5 days. The water from the shower does not drain ... For 200 euros per night, this hotel is not worth it. Too much inconvenience ...
Room was lovely ... food was lovely ... location is great ... really no complaints at all
Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel, clean and close to all amenities. Perfect for a stay in Dublin
Botanical heaven, great walks, right beside main Dublin cemetery with many famous residents
Thank Adriano for his attentions, a pleasure with staff in your Hotel with such kindness and professionalism
Had a really nice overnight stay here. Rooms are great with very comfortable beds. Food was terrific too and staff very friendly and accommodating.
Very good hotel - many hotels should take example
Top service
Food top
Petit dej top
Staff top
It is very near to O'connell St which facilitates to visit different places within Dublin and other cities in Ireland.
Fantastic hotel, great location in city centre perfect for Christmas shopping. Staff are very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic breakfast and dinner was fabulous and beautifully presented. The rooms are clean spacious and quiet. Also they go above and beyond regarding covid guidelines. Will definitely revisit soon.
Nice hotel for the price. Clean small but tidy rooms which are well serviced daily by affable staff. Breakfast is great but skip dining here at night if you have the option.
Currently renovating which is not a disturbance most of the time but was not thrilled to wake up and have no hot water. 3 days of exposed interior roof detracted from experience but would stay here again.
Very clean hotel, close to the center, very comfortable, with friendly staff. Machines available in reception, good breakfast and excellent scones !!!!! Try them !!!! Very nice lobby furniture, nice rooms, quite spacious with a sitting area. Nearby is the writers 'museum and is in a great location if you happen to be during Saint Patrick's day because the parade leaves right in front of the hotel and continues going down all of the' connell street to the center.
Hotel clean and central, with good breakfast buffet and excellent service by employees. I recommend it
Was a nice overnight stay! Rich breakfast and very clean room.
Staff were great, food was nice. Breakfast was a decent spread. Room much smaller than anticipated considering it was deluxe. Staff are the top part of this hotel!
Nice hotel within walking distance of the center. Good and rich breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay at Maldron Parnell Square. The room was clean, Bed comfortable and we slept well as it was quiet. We stayed in room 606. Breakfast there was plenty of choice from hot to cold and lots of choice to drink. Service from reception to the bar and at breakfast was friendly and good.
We stayed at the hotel on the 9 aug 2019, the air con was down and we v stuffy. They finally provide us with a fan. Secondly the fire alarm was raised at 6.20pm waking everybody up and they took a long time to switch off. No apologies or reasons given through PA system. Not any compensation given.
Great hotel. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Great location for city centre.
We stayed in a new room. Which was very nice. The construction work was a little inconvenient, but we understand it hast to be done.
Had a great stay in this hotel, it's close to the centrum and busstops. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the big shopping street of Dublin. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport using bus 747 that just stops around the corner.
Excellent hotel. Easy access to Dublin city centre. Close to airlink bus stop. Easy check in and out. Awesome breakfast.
I have already reviewed this Wonderful hotel and staff. Very , very friendly and helpful, Would highly recommend it. Its location also is brilliant close to all facilities and City centre.
This Hotel quite near the center of Dublin is clean, modern and the rooms are small but good enough for a week or so.
The staff is very helpful and kind.
The center is easy to reach by walking. I even walked to the convention center.
Tue breakfast is european standard and tge Wifi even in the room good.
A very nice place with good meal and the staff are awesome. I had my birthday dinner there, it was the best, a day to remember.
Comfortable and central, our stay has been very pleasant
Nice hotel. We had a great room. This was the view!
Upon arrival we noticed the builders were in, great start, we then couldn t get to our room upon exiting the elevator, as it was blocked off by the working area, we had to be guided through the hotel by a member of staff we managed to locate, going down a floor and then back up a floor, we had to repeat this everytime we went to and from our room. We were placed within touching distance of the working area, our door was so close it had dust all over the handle to the room, we were woken at 7am by what I can only assume were workers arriving, singing happily and loudly and they were hammering and drilling away by probably just after 9am. I ll be writing a formal complaint, really poor experience, wouldn t have stayed had we known builders were in, and to be placed literally on the building site was just rubbing salt in the wound.
Nice and clean hotel. Good standard, good breakfast og very nice and helpful staff. Two thinks I did not like. Pillow was very hard and shower curtain I think is unhygienic and old fashioned.
Easy checkin, very welcoming and helpful staff, nice & clean rooms with all important amenities. Tasty breakfast with a big variety of food.
Very enjoyable stay
They started a fire alarm simulation at 6 a.m., thus preventing me from resting properly.
Good hotel conveniently located. The center is 300 meters away. For the rest room with tropical temperature but above all the bathroom, very nice. NOT HEATED. incredible but as an Anglo-Saxon.
Comfy room. Good food. Friendly staff and very close to Dublin city centre.
Nice hotel, attentive staff and very competent. To recommend without hesitation
Excellent location in a few minutes walk you are in the center, clean and welcoming hotel, rich buffet breakfast
Noisy, difficult to adjust temp, and finding the hair dryer was an experience. Multiple water control valves for shower/tub was confusing
Our first visit to Dublin was made even nicer by the great service we received from the reception desk. Laura went out of her way to ensure we knew exactly how to find the places we wanted to explore. She gave us maps and marked the locations of excellent points of interest plus restaurants that we asked about. Our room was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Would definitely stay there again.
Clean functional and easy to get to breakfast was brilliant value and well labled for allergens
Great hotel. The rooms could be a little cleaner buy the location was great for us and the breakfast was by far the best of any hotel we were in, in Ireland
I am happy to report our stay was excellent. Ryan at the front desk helped us in so many ways such as parking, putting us in an excellent family room and even helped with our luggage on the way out when we were in a frenzy. Breakfast staff were very personal and greeted us by name for the 3 days we were there. Food exceeded our expectation. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was good but the new remodel since then is marvelous.
The staff members are very helpful and very efficient. They all make you feel at home. Even in times that the hotel is fully booked, they make you feel as you are the only guest, and takes much time and efforts to assist you. I would like to thank each one.
The price is too high especially in the weekend.
