Getting in and finding a parking is always difficult

Inexperienced staff,they dont know there own products or how the work/do ,tend to either look busy or try to avoid customer contact ,only once you make a noise do they attend to help a 15 min cellphone buy became a 1 hour task

No stock of what I wanted. But was on sale. Very disappointing

My experience was unpleasant because the computers are not updated with specials. I had to go to the returns section and stand in a q for a refund. I wonder how many people were charged incorrectly. I was very inconvenienced but thankfully one of the managers assisted me.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved. Purchased merchandise worth R12000 for my company and recieved - no help - no customer service - waited more than 1 hour for assistance. When assistance finally came I greeted with rude remarks from the employees and supervisor. I will never make use of this business again.

Always a great experience.
Don't go on a month-end unless you have to.
Make sure u go to hunters for a wors roll on the way out.

What a convenient friendly store where customers are treated as kings.

Their refund department is the worst of any in the country. Service and time are 2 words they do not know

Makro is the shop where you get everything that you need in from grocery to electric.appliance , office furnisher , clothes,gym equipment etc. Actually it is a one-stop shop.

Very happy with the service. The saleslady was polite and helpful. Showed me exactly what I was looking for and explained the special to me .

Everything under one roof but presence assistants in some departments lacks

The oldest running man to I know. Parking is very congested and getting out and back onto the main road is challenging, as there are no robots.

Everything is perfect up until we have to hold another queue at the exit

A good Makro. Exceptionally busy on weekends and public holidays.

Huge selection of anything you may need, at competitive prices. Just be prepared to join a queue when paying, but the line moves quickly. Great place to shop for home use or in bulk.

Most disgusting service received from Mr lucus from despatch of appliances on 2sept at about 12.30 to 1.30pm . He was arrogant and info operative . I am 72 yrs old treated me without any respect . Made me park our vehicle at different places then eventually I moved my vehicle to d correct place on my own . He refused to get my freezer for collection. I had to wait over an hr I had to go d sales person to finally get d item .this guy made me wait whilst he assisted another customer tying d fridge onto his vehicle and ignored me . This guy needs proper training in human relationship. Thnk u

Store is good, lots of choice. Very busy on a Sunday. Staff helpful.
