Well I often come to makro and sometimes I forget my pass ... while everyone knows who I am making difficult ... now corona time few customers ... everyone is welcome without a pass ... yes then you really have them elbows ... pfffff .... leave everything free from now on you are more expensive as a supermarket .... mark rutte would say do is normal.
We at Jose bakery always get our groceries at the Makro for our cakes, macarons and cupcakes. Good offers and no long lines at the till. For us this means that we can bake quickly again
How often I will have been here and what a shame about the renovation. It is certainly understandable that Makro needs to move with the times to survive. The new style therefore looks very nice. Until you see that it has come at the expense of the range. Really a great pity if you came specifically for products that are simply gone. Became very rumor on individual sales of small packaging and not really anymore as a wholesaler. In the past you could easily go to Beverwijk and a few times to Amsterdam. Now Beverwijk really has no added value anymore. What a waste.
Regular items not in stock. Or not delivered. If you ask when they are in stock, they don't know or if they do, you often drive up and down for nothing because then unfortunately it is not delivered
Super wholesaler, the only downside is that people without companies, so ordinary individuals, are tolerated, while there is no shortage of anything in the ordinary shops.
Since the renovation / reduction, it has deteriorated considerably with this Makro. Many items from the range and the layout is sometimes very illogical. Maybe just drive to Amsterdam in the future ....
I just had to wait 10 minutes at the customer service in Beverwijk because a customer service representative was talking to another employee and totally ignored me. I left because there was simply no contact. I have not applied for a pass now, because I did not look at it. What an incredibly bad customer service. A real shame.

A chamber of commerce number is required to apply for a pass.
I think this is a nice store, but make sure to be price-conscious, otherwise you can quickly be too expensive.
Why does the Tulip Pulled Pork cost 7.90 incl. And 4.85 at the Dekamarkt? Is this the case with more products?
Neat shop with a very wide range. Especially with coffee tea and soft drinks and drinks. It is not necessarily cheap but it is a very nice shop. Ps there is also a lot of fresh food such as meat and fish. There are many cash registers and usually you don't have to wait. The store is very suitable for companies and entrepreneurs.
This is the 4th time I have been told that an offer has been sold out. It is a pity that Makro is economical with purchasing.

Unfortunately, it used to be much better. Have been a customer here for decades but last 5-6 times was very disappointing. Seems like the branch management has been going to the bad news lately. Structural basic (catering) supplies are not in stock (ordered too late) Can be compared with a developing country, so it is very bad (and certainly also an embarrassment) for the employees of the meat and fish departments where you can still expect top service.
Most offers are never in stock. Have been back 4 times for an offer and I didn't have it then. Peroneel never knows when it will be there. "Come back tomorrow" is the standard answer.
Ordinary items (not offers) are best at the price. Sometimes you even buy an offer cheaper in a store.
Furthermore, I find some employees not customer friendly and unpleasant. Especially the older employees. The young people want to provide service.
Neat and spacious store. Friendly employees. Plenty of parking.
It is not a style that nothing has been announced that you, as a normal consumer, cannot shop here without a pass.
I just drove here for Janlul. so don't make the same mistake, because from 23-12-2020 you will need a Makro pass to shop again.
It is very good shop in wich you can buy a lot of different types of food and other goods. About year I was happy to visit it . But today was my last time, becose when in the fish coner I ask to make me a fillet from big salmon , the seller said that she do not have a time for me...I was only one client in this corner, maybe she don't like
people who don't speak Dutch? Or maybe she have more important things to do than to help clients? I don't know but next time I will better go to another shop.
I left today irritated. Quite a few articles without price, no staff you can ask for, there was no offer in the meat department and the only (!!) employee from that department was on a break and if I just wanted to wait for that. Yes, bye! So on to the Sligro.
