We have done business in a pleasant way. Willem is fast, accurate, professional and friendly.
Both the sale and the purchase went smoothly. We are very satisfied and happy with the pleasant method of support. Can't think of anything negative.

Very special way of working and communicating .. Obviously has a double agenda and does not name things as they are. Fortunately, there are more real estate agents in Harderwijk who are competent, customer-friendly and serious.

Weirdest signup procedure out there! Definitely will not rent a house from this broker. They ask you to take the shirt off if they don't look at the income or situation. They themselves go so far as to request your complete past from the judicial authorities. Shouldn't get any crazier. Incredibly real Dutch everywhere you are screened and followed and monitored. Please let's just live in the now and don't dive into someone's past nosy little ones!

We have asked for an appraisal and are not really satisfied. He has completed the valuation himself, but communication around it is poor.
Willem appraised our house under the sales price and did not communicate about it, but forwarded the appraisal to NWWI. As a result, we no longer had the opportunity to indicate that he should take any renovation with him.
