Maison Kayser Review

Decent crossiants but I prefer the ones from Tiong Bahru Bakery. This one didn't quite give me the "wow!"

Always pleasant to find good french pastry here in Singapore!! Quality is here and service is nice. Recommend the financier and brownies that are both quite tasty.

Very good bakery in terms of products (Croissant, sandwiches, Breads, coffee ...) but also a service with smile from the staff which make the day starting better.

Very good desserts! Not that crowded anymore, perhaps due to the appearance of other desert joints in the same mall. But nonetheless, the quality of their food has remained consistent. Prices are typical of those charged in town, tending towards the high side. Good quiet environment to hide away from the crowd.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost.

Delicious croissant aux amandes, the Monge which is a best seller is so-so. Also they don't have enough selection in the bakery which is a pity.

Nice place out of the hustle. Excellent pastries and lovely staff. If staying in local hotels it is a nice breakfast spot.

Had a double espresso macchiato and the taste was not so good. Could have a richer flavour and a better texture.

French pastry cafe with possibly the best crossaints in Singapore. Affordable and delicious.

French, light fare at reasonable (Orchard) prices. Bread was delicious.

Good choice if you would like a quieter place to chill. Enjoyed the dark chocolate tart. If coffee was better, it would deserve more stars - unfortunately the froth wasn't smooth, and milk was way too hot.

The croissant is just absolutely amazing. Look at the layers, that you can't even count.

Exceptional care, and going the extra mile to get my late order organized because the next day was a PH. In 29 minutes flat from checking if whether the kitchen to arrange this, called me back , to organizing a delivery the next day, to sending me the billing just before they closed for the day! Very thankful to Bert, delivery administrator and Bert (?) at Chulia St who took my call, and called the kitchen to try and arrange my order. you guys ROCK

The choice of food is limited. Had the Madelines and the squid ink salmon burger. The food was fine. They offer value meals or combos with dessert and drink, but will not give you the discounted price if you decline to take the drink and offer to pay the full price anyways, kind of weird. Not the most pleasant experience with the staff.

It's been a while since I ate here. The space has gotten smaller (it was located where pizza express now sits) but the croissants are still good value.

Come here for the coffee and croissants - they never disappoint! :-) Croissants aux amandes is a sweet delight, though If you're feeling really 'sophisticated', try it plain with coffee.

Other recommendations- quiche lorraine, nicoise salad, chia seeds with coconut mix and potato pie (seasonal). Nearly every item in Maison Keyser is fresh and tastes great! Service is top-notch too.

The only drawbacks are the small seating area, and rather mediocre pastries. Though the lemon loaf cake is good.

Sandwich was hard and dry, staff's attitude wasn't the best. Rather go to Tiong bahru bakery anyday

Service was decent, but the food wasn't great. The coffee was also far too bitter.

Love the almond au chocolate croissant here as the layer is light, almond is not too much and smooth combine with layer. Great.
The rest is not much impressive.

Cute yet quiet comfortable corner for aroma coffee pastries tea and views of shoppers to watch the day pass by. Next to NTUC finest supermarket. Freshly prepared healthy ingredients with tender loving caring skillful baking and professional warm services. Free wifi. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families..

this is where I buy my croissants every morning, the bread is fantastic

Resist the urge to buy a croissant in the afternoon or evening...(normally they're baked in the morning). Despite knowing better I still purchased one after 7pm, which was unsurprisingly stale tasting.

Great little corner for a coffee or other beverage and a small snack. This visit I did the hot chocolate and it was just lovely, smooth and rich without being cloyingly sweet. Didn't feel like having any food this visit so I can't comment on that. Service was quiet, calm and welcoming. Only reason not 5 stars is that they need to wash the walls. All the stains of all the spills are in evidence and I'd rather not see brown drips as I glance around.
Otherwise yes, recommended as a nice chill spot.

Amazing croissant, pastries and coffee. Beautiful texture, love the smell of these freshly baked croissant.

Good value sets, love their tarts. The coffee is on the bitter side, it was served way too hot.
