IN TERMS OF SERVICES THERE'S A LOT OF AREA THAT NEED TO BE IMPROVED. MOST OF THE TRANSACTIONS TAKES A LOT OF TIME WHERE IN FACT IT CAN BE DONE FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME ONLY. THERE'S A LOT OF DELAY'S. MOST OF THE TRANSACTION THAT DEALS IN THIS MANAGEMENT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING. AND ANOTHER THING, EVERY TIME I HAD CALL ON THERE LANDLINE IN DOING SOME FOLLOW UP, NO ONES ANSWERING EVEN IN MAIL. HOPING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE YOU CAN IMPROVED YOUR SERVICES GUYS! FOR WE MAKE ALSO ALL THE EFFORT TO ENGAGED WITH YOU OR TO COMPLY ALL THE THINGS YOU'VE ASKED. I KNOW, THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO EXPERIENCED THIS POOR SERVICES BY THE MANAGEMENT. BUT IF I HAD ONE THING I LEARNED TO BE A PART OF THIS MANAGEMENT IS THAT- THE ART OF BEING PATIENCE. AND I JUST LOOK AT THE SUNNY SIDE OF EVERYTHING.
They don't have a good process. They can't finish their process in one or two days.They let people wait for a whole day and will not be able to accomplish anything. They ask applicants to go back and forth with just simple requirement or process. they let tired people from far places travel and wait for nothing. They waste time and day. This management doesn't have any heart. So ridiculous!!! Worst management I've known. This management doesn't deserve any star. Worst among worst!
The duration is given by the backpay. Many processes. Need to go back again. Waste of time. This is another phone, why no one answered.
