By who ? ... the service of the city!

Indeed, this morning, I note the following inconveniences, in front of our home:
- The space in front of us was "just ravaged" since there is no longer this pretty succulent plant (I remember that there was no other "weed" ... just this succulent plant that seems he must have been visibly uglier than cans and others ....
- the space in front of my neighbor is always as "neglected" as before their passage. You can always come and see the weeds, tree branches, and ... cans!

After making photos, I question "the staff present" 20 meters away, which tells me "not to have made the difference with the" weed ".

On the part of the staff assigned to the service gardening and / or cleanliness, I can only bow.

Conclusion
Of course, I do not expect "any excuse". ; @). ... because they have removed ... a succulent plant.
They took good care also to leave ... the weed, the dead branches and the cans, on the ground of my neighbor!

It's been TWO weeks that my wife and I were looking to join the bulky department ... in vain: no one picks up or messenger.
This morning, finally a person at the end of the line ..... Yes, Hooray ...

Concerns:
The next availability will now ..... not before 04 .... November, in 1 month!

By these two cases exposed above, it leaves me skeptical and I begin to better understand all these "wild deposits" that we find unfortunately born everywhere (which I do not endorse)
I wanted to sincerely thank the Town Hall of Sartrouville which proves there its implication in the reduction of the environmental impact.

Summary ;
The citizens "should not contribute to the" rural areas "under penalty of being sanctioned.
Because "it is better to see the excrement canines (not sanctioned) ... that flowers"
... except of course in front of the town hall where the maintenance must be properly ensured, see flawless, and in the parks where we must practice a "reasoned flowering plan"!
