After making an appointment online, compiling my file according to the instructions given, pre-filling my file online .... to save them time, I am returned my identity card not having expired for a long time! Is that a joke ?! Is it impossible to inform us in advance? By making the previous steps impossible if in question 1: the card has expired for more than 5 years, we answered no ?!
