I work for a company that has been providing service for Steve Alexander at MaintenX for over three years and let me tell you.. they pay their invoices, they don't haggle you down to zero, and they don't let you get tripped up over complicated paperwork procedures that could void your whole invoice. If their client has a special requirement for payment, Steve is on top of helping get it done.

We have been waiting for 3 months to have our garage door fixed. MaintenX has scheduled at least 12 times and no one shows up. No phone calls or e-mails to notify or reschedule. This is unacceptable! Very poorly run company.

I hate leaving reviews but I felt that I should warn others. Use caution if you are a vendor doing work for this company. The initial contact was I.Garcia, she seemed to be MIA when it came time to pay. Basically they will say they never received any thing from you and then close that accounts payable account. This way they don't have to pay for the work done.

Even though she was emailed the same information repeatedly.

I am guessing that they do this to everyone. How nice to have work done and then not pay the vendor. Great way to make 100 percent profit. They only cut checks on Tuesday and are sloowwww to get them out. We did a job for them 10.24.2020 and its now December....still have yet to receive it.

5 Stars all the way. MaintenX responds very quickly to our service calls for AC. There staff is clean and professional. I've used them for my business and residential air conditioning needs. My business is in Tampa and I live in Brandon. They get the job done right and are very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service. Give them a call today!
