Work here and love my job, People are very friendly

All the people I talked to were extremely rude. When I took the product and hardware home none it was right. When I asked them to exchange it they refuse and told me I was inexperienced and should have gotten someone that knew what they doing to install them. No refunds or exchange. I have friends that have purchased from them and had tons of problems with thier products. I should have known better.

Very poor quality windows. The company states they have a one year warranty but honor none of it. My builder used them for the first time and it has been an awful experience. The workmanship is subpar and all the homes we installed their windows in have gotten complaints. Every single one. Windows arrived broken were installed that way, which they refused to replace, wood sashes are rotting after 1 year and the staff is extremely rude. Do your due diligence, there are other more reputable window companies that stand behind their products, don't lack integrity and are much more pleasant to work with.
