***one kid had to sleep on floor***

Family of 6, including 4 kids.
Reservation was made for 2 adults and 4 kids July 2019. Two full size beds and pullout couch

Upon entering the room I liked seeing a stove top and decent sized refrigerator. But then the excitement ended. The pullout couch only fits one person. It's smaller than other hotel couches. The beds looked smaller than queen too.

The front desk could only offer us a couple comforters to place on the floor. So my 11 year old slept on the floor.

When making a reservation here for 6, realize if your kids are more than about 6 years old, the couch for two will not work.

They have no roll away beds and the only other remedy would to get another (extra) room.

Also, with a reservation for 6, we only had towels for 4. They didn't set up the room for the amount of guests

I asked the night staff for remedy and again told the check out staff. They told me sorry and were uncomfortable with continuing the conversation and tried to avoid continuing it because they didn't know how to handle the situation.

I expected better. The one thing good was the breakfast.

TV is not smart and cable was just basic . Not my kinda hotel to spend time in. I wanted to rent a movie or two :(

This a good value for money hotel. The rooms being suites are smaller than you would expect but manageable. They have a kitchenette in each room and cutlery for 2 persons. Additional is available at request. Hot breakfast is served every morning and has eggs, meat in addition to fruit, cereal, pancakes, etc. They have a pool, a small gym and laundry. Using the laundry is expensive and each was can easily cost between $10-$14. The machines can wash and dry only a small quantity of clothes properly - about 6-8 items. The hotel is close to the Polo mall which has a food court and restaurants. They have ample parking space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Downtown is about 10-20 minutes away depending on traffic.

The staff was great!!! We showed up a little early so we checked in and the heater broke so we had to change rooms and you know what the maintenance man was Soo nice he got the front desk clerk, he even offered to help move our stuff. They were so sweet. I left a dirty soc in the floor when I changed and never in my life have a had the a cleaning lady return anything but a soc so cute lol thank you thank you! She was sooo nice. The front desk clerk helped me w change for laundry like a few times, reset my card was really nice.. the hotel is nice too bad everything is closed. But the room was good the bed was soft and the kitchen had everything big fridge two burner stove

Just an average hotel. Staff is friendly but I expected rooms to be much nicer for the price i've paid. Bathtub was disgusting !

This place is good with friendly staff. Breakfast is limited due to Covid restrictions but at least they still offer it. Our room looks clean and presentable (it doesn't say that it was sanitized but I hope they do) . It has a small kitchenette and a 2 door refrigerator. It also has a couple of utensils and plates. Overall good place to stay.

Was terrible!!! Front desk service sucked, room was just DISGUSTING the couch heavily stained. I feel cleaner not taking a shower the bathroom is dirty!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Clean, quiet, cozy and excellent service! Highly recommended!

They offer shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel for free. It's a 5 minutes ride. Check in was simple and the front desk staff were incredibly hospitable. The room was clean and at a great temperature. Rooms are large, comfy and with internet. It's high speed internet. Complimentary hot breakfast was excellent . Nothing but great things for MainStay Suites in Winnipeg.
