Nice and quiet hotel with some excellent views of the harbour, mountains, and ocean. Was just disappointed that the pool and facilities weren t open - they are currently closed until May 2021. I found that hard to figure out on their website before booking.
My daughter and I decided to meet in Vancouver and spend a week together after her wedding had been canceled by the pandemic. Sharon was amazing at making sure we would have everything we needed. Cleaning was amazing and staff were so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend staying here if you would like a central location near everything!

Excellent service and nice clean room, they have new heated toilet seat people may like it but I don't. They only offer valet parking or you need to park your car one or two block away..... So you have no choice specially when it is raining or snowing in Vancouver. The things I really like is their service that I mention, when they know I'm in hurry they offer carry our luggage to the room and take the key to pass over to the parking attendant. And when I holding the parking stub in lobby the staff walk up and ask do I need my vehicle, I like this kind of service.
I get more impressed very time I stay.
I love the "Washlet", the service is respectful and attentive.
Location in Coal Harbour, walking distance or transit bus #19 accessible from Canada Line Waterfront station. I wish the prices weren't so high, but this Vancouver after all.
I would rate this hospitality experience a 4.5.

Had a really excellent stay at the Coast Hotel a couple weeks ago. I made a last minute reservation and got a great deal on their website with 50% off parking, which was a bonus. The check-in desk staff were friendly and personable. They were also very flexible to allow me to have BOTH an early check-in and late check-out due to my reason for stay. I really appreciated that! The room was very clean and I appreciated the memo with the date that the room was last stayed in - this made me feel safe in the room. I also really enjoyed the bidet, a neat feature. The only downfall to this hotel is that the restaurant is not open at this time, however I was able to use food delivery services quite easily. Would recommend!
This is a nice enough of a place. Great location, great service. Whenever we needed anything, they were on top of it. The rooms are a little small, but comfortable. Great mattress and blackout curtains; better than Vegas!
The Toto washlet addition on the toilet is a nice touch. I think I'll purchase one of those for myself.

This hotel was very comfortable and in a good value. It is in easy walking distance to the harbor and convention center. Staff are really nice and there is plenty of food around, along with a nice Japanese spa. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very Asian feel to the place, including a weird bidet toilet seat. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel is amazing alongside with amazing friendly staff with one exception (Luiz as the front desk has a rude attitude. Everyone else aside from him is amazing kind and friendly). Great place to vacation and will definitely return in the future. Must visit the swimming pool and the restaurant. Amazing staff at the restaurant and good food as well. If you get Gabriella as your server, then you are in luck. Very clean and modern looking hotel with no complaints. It is in a great location with walking distance to everything.
Great location block away from Canada place, Vancouver harbour, see wall for nice walk which is taking you to Vancouver famous Stanley park .
