My wife had a last minute ultra sound needed. They fit us into the schedule, performed the scan and had us underway quickly. Everyone was nice and gave us some much needed peace of mind.

My MRI experience at this Downingtown office was 100% positive. Everything went smoothly and I was treated very well during my visit. The front desk helped chase down my blood work and processed my insurance information. The MRI Technologist was very kind and professional.

I was very pleased with my MRI today Because I was terrified to have it done. The front desk person was pleasant and the office was clean and everyone had a mask on. I needed an Open MRI because I am highly claustrophobic. I was glad I chose this office. The technician was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an Open MRI.

I had an appointment on 7/22 for a mammogram. I was the first appointment of the morning. My first visit to this location. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. My technician was friendly, kind and very professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing this service.

BEWARE! Knowing that an MRI can be very expensive, I did my research then called to see how much it would cost. I was quoted a reasonable price, drove 40 minutes even though one was closer, confirmed the cost when I arrived and was assured that would be all I had to pay. 4 months later I am getting a bill for more than twice the price that was quoted to me. I have sent a letter, called them and was told there weren't any notations for this price so I asked to speak to the manager. They hung up on me. AND this additional cost is more than the cash price if I were to walk in without insurance. I'm sure the insurance companies wouldn't be too happy to hear this. To add insult to injury, the written report was vague and no where near the quality in report and images as the Penn Fern Hill Imaging center. Never again will I go here.
