Worst experience with dada motors , they are good only till they need to sell the product. They will Harras you to get the documents after you have made the payment and got the car. Make fake commitments while selling the product , once sold they deny all the commitments . And throw it all on the staff who has left the company.

And the service centre is bad than worst as their is no value of customer and the time spent by the customer. To get one job done have to go their plenty of times and still don t get the resolution. Their technicians do not have knowledge of even undoing the spares and break the spare parts , than they don t have the spare available in stock which is broken. They forget to complete their job and afterword say that we forgot to do it but the car is ready to be delivered . People don t knw how to talk to a customer, have no respect for the customer.
And if you make complaint to Tata motors they have no fair of that as well and say sir this call was made to a call centre and Tata will not do anything abt it and we r the ones who has to take care of it, so making complaint to Tata motors is useless.
