I was a first time buyer of their Kensignton Gardens project, I didn't expierence the service they quoted. I bought my condo at the display centre and paid my deposit there. However, when I went back to pay my 2nd deposit, I found out the display centre was closed. They didn't leave a phone number on their answering machine to call. I had to scan my contract and web just to look for the place to put my 2nd deposit. I had to go to their solicitors office and drop off the deposit. I could tell they weren't their to officially accept my deposit, but they were atleast friendly about it. I believe they were called Kornfeld. Finally, when it came to my third deposit, they mailed me their office location. I went to their office, it wasn't very friendly at all. The guy didn't even want me to come inside. I figure if a guy is bringing you twenty grand, you atleast ask how are you, or offer you a water, but hey that is Vancouver for you. This company has turned me off for pre-sales, next time I'll just save the frustration. Invest my 100,000 deposit over 3 years at 2.5% and use that to offset to buying a condo that exists.
