I employed Fix My Place to do a number of handyman jobs, sand and polish my floorboards and paint the inside of my house. The jobs were completed on time, and to quote and were of a high standard. Very easy to deal with, kept me informed and were professional in all their interactions.

These guys renovated my deceased parents' home for resale. They did a fantastic job and Mum and Dad's home sold for well over the estimated value. Could not recommend this team highly enough. My name is Marc, Our apartment has a carpet replacement job which assigned to this company by our agent. They promissed that as soon as deposit get paid, job can be arranged immediately. The fact is, the deposit was paid at 17th Jan 2020, and after that, i almost try to contact them every 2-3 days, all i want is just to book a confirmed date when they can come do the job. Not only everytime the girl does not want to give me a date, but also she start talking to me with bad attitude! Today is 15th Feb, still i have not get even a confirmed date!!! a carpet job need 1 month to plan? i mean just to plan!!! what kind of business it is? shame on you!

I have called this company for commercial co work space maintenance quote and residential work . The lady was extremely non professional to hear the customer request and said we are not interested. Why the hell you are running business then... sry poor service. No recommend at all.

STAY AWAY, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Take 2 weeks and numerous follow up to decide the 1st job is too small,
the 2nd job come back with a call out fee + hourly charge
but NO estimated time!
Considering I've given the spec of the light, photos of the wiring and where it is going. That is a joke
I used their plumbing service once after recommended by the real estate agent that looks after my investment property, they were EXCELLENT.
