Maggie Dutton and staff are amazing! I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is always willing to help me with all my needs. I have been with Maggie for 30+ years . I only had one claim until the hurricanes hit our area 3 years ago and my son bought a house. Our claims include: 3 hurricanes, 2 huge storms, and 1 car total. All were handled with the greatest courtesy and empathy. AND-No surprises. Thanks for being great!

I can't say enough good things about State Farm and Maggie Dutton's office. When Hurricane Matthew came through St. Simons, I called her office and a representative contact me that same day! As they were reviewing my list of things that were damaged or completely destroyed, the representative brought up things that I would never had mentioned. I was even reimbursed for the contents of our refrigerator. They stayed on top of the claim and saw it through to the very end which involved at least two or three visits to our home.
If this wasn't enough, when my daughter's new car was totaled in a wreck, their claims department responded immediately with a rental car and had a check to her within a week. Terri Schott from Maggie's office contacted me daily to make sure everything had been taken care of and got the insurance on her new car in place immediately. This is a 5 star company and Maggie's office is the best!

Boy, was I surprised to receive a call from Maggie while we were both still evacuated. A call from an adjuster followed and he appeared at my house as soon as I was ready for him.
