I purchased a unit in one of MAG's upcoming projects around the expo and for some reason had to cancel it.
The sales representative had been very cooperative and understanding unlike other property companies, and refunded the booking amount within a couple of month.

One of the worst property developers in Entire UAE

The sales stuff is rude and pushy and they just want you to close the sale with them and they will bash all the other companies in UAE

Please stay away from these Frauds if you ever invest in property in UAE because they change rules for every investor.

If anyone wants evidence on how shady this company is and how much fraud they do in UAE just shoot me an email and I will prove it you.

Buyers and investors BEWARE

I rent a flat in mag 5 in Apr and they told me all services will be dine in last of Apr like swimming pool gym satalite and net and I call them they promise last of may and until now nothing happen and more of problem my floor only the corridor smell very bad and today I know that one of landlord put his worker or labour in flat near of me
the people of services and security is very co operate

Please don t go with this developer .They Will make your life miserable even after paying the full amount.We are struggling to get our keys since November 2019 in MAG 5 boulevardand the management is taking don t care attitude, they will talk about legal obligations when it comes to handover.Never put your hard earned money to such unethical developer and please go ahead with trusted developers to avoid such hurdles and stress due to poor management.I am sure they will reply by saying to contact their customer services which is a useless feedback

A company like Maqq is not supposed to delay resolving a matter of more than four months and does not disparage the customer! Not even in the response from the employees .. Unfortunately after-sales service is very bad. I regret a company like Maq with its high and big name in the market, hit by abuse and false promises.

Very disappointed with their sale strategy, the sales rep tried all his best to rush me to complete the sale with lots of false information, very dodgy & unprofessional practice, I had to cancel the sale of a unit number 109/535 because of that.
The company must monitor & re train their sales rep to do a better & honest sales tactics.
