One of the worst scan centres I came across. They differ the rates for every individual. No standard rates for any of the tests being performed. The reason for fluctuation in prices is also not explained. One of the personnel didn't even write down the tests that I require, instead asked me to forward him the test names on whatsapp so that he can forward it to the lab person to know the price. And lastly, there is no concept of providing the receipt for payment made. Disappointing!
Worst reception and no systems. Waited for 45 min with no attention and went back to another lab
People working there are not honest about their services. They keep delaying test results and each time give a different response about when they ll give us the result. At the time of doing the test, they said they will give the results the next day. The next day they said they ll give the results in an hour. After an hour they said it will take more than 48 hours. It is frustrating and causes mental agony and irritation.
Lab tests, x-ray, Scan, ECG, etc., all are of good quality and price is cheap.
