Worst company ever . They don'tcare about their employees. They are greedy and sneaky. Dispatch is disrespectful. Unorganized schedules. I hope they get shut down . The dumbest company I've ever come across

If you are a hustler & have street smarts you will understand these MF, you have to be out spoken and speak your mind out with Respect* to win a debate with these liers & con-artist, I had fun making dispatch & the office miserable and stressing them out when they was lieing to me selling me dreams and stuff, I caught on, so I did what I had to do, wanting to quite sooo bad but, I'm not stupid I rather have them fire me to collect unemployment, witch I have NOT even done because I'm a hustler what you get paid in MSG in 2 weeks i make in 1 week now (legally), Thank you Madison security group for ya experience tho, I hope the best for all ya losers that have nothing to fall back on so ya HAVE to work there because ya old or Lazy and have no other option in life (PS they still owe me 1 day worth of work >I got Proof & pics of log-ins) they could go get high with that, my gift for ya MSG

Manager was mean and had a temper for no reason he was kicking people out left and right because of not knowing the teacher Ms.vera work position
I didnt know if she was a supervisor of sexual haressment or associate of it
Manager told me leave for not knowing
Also i was in the process of the interview and getting hired for 4 hours for no reason
I wasted 4 days going back and forth for no reason

Trash, Read The Reviews before you it a try, Because it is true about this place been unprofessional, Only tried it to test the company and a quick cash but in the end of it of course is Trash... Btw no Direct deposit and No checks will be Mailed at your mail box, you Have to Pay your Way to pick up your check at their office.

The worst security company you could ever work for. I was warned about them in the beginning but I had to see things for myself. When you owe Con Edison money you'll take any job that comes at you. That's all I gotta say. $9.25 ain't worth my dignity

I Personally Love Madison. They Always There For You. They Are very nice, & Professional. I Not once had Any Complaints. I do make All Hours, & Plus more.

Madison Security has an amazing tool in that Special Enforcement Unit , that I have never seen in any other company, they clean up the worst buildings and neighborhoods and turn things around for the community/residents. The guards are also great!

The worst I don't know how a place like this exist!! Two days ! That's it! Only two days of work. Still on hold for dispatch for my schedule! I'm still on hold....and that was sat! I can't! Do not do it!

Wanted a job with this company and the experience from both there field office and headquarters is the same, awful no manners i'm very surprised they are still in business with such unprofessional workers. wish i could post zero star cause they don't even deserve one

Ms Brown the "operations manager" is super ghetto, and 90% of the sites this company has are residential low income housing. No one at this company cares about you. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this company Look elsewhere. Regular Guards get paid pennies oh and did I mention they do not have direct deposit!! You'll have to pick up your check at the office ( yeah I know )

I ve worked here before and take my advice JUST LEAVE, very unprofessional. They would ask you to cover other people s shifts and ask all nicely but when I had to call out due to an emergency they made it a big deal and fired me for it, site supervisors be lazy to over a shift and will act unprofessional and unethically. The employees I worked for were excellent but these people in charge such as supervisors and office people be unprofessional

A lot of favoritism as well, it s great to get your feet wet meaning getting experience, but wouldn t recommend being there long term

I work for this company for a year and some Months. Not a good company to work for long . Is only good for 6 months then look for something better. . I my great advice to you . I been in many sites for this company . They don t recognize you for all the hard work you ve done for this company . I wanted to become a supervisor in grow in this company but it didn t deserve me . So I left to another security company which pays me a little bit better and I do some a lot of overtime that I haven t made when I was in this company Madison security group . Just get your foot wet for a while then leave. This company goes Throughto so many guards that the stories are all the same from many guards . When you go to another employer and the see Madison security group they already know the stories . The guards are a great . company not great at all

Madison isn't as bad people are talking about. Sure there might be some things to fix up, but overall the company gives more than it appears. Once you follow the protocols and be prepared for anything then the job will be much more easier. Honestly I am grateful to Madison since other Security companies would deny on the spot, Madison can see dedication and motivation. The pay is nicer than I expected. Just don't pretend you're a police officer in a Security field and the job goes smoothly.

Only two things I didn't like No Direct Deposit nd No paid Time in a Half on Holidays SMFH.

I don't get it with these people there no communication or organization or common sense , I live 7 mins and 16 mins away on foot from 2 site that needs guards yet they want to send me to a site that is an hour away or more time if the subway is not running in that direction like today. Me and another coworker came 20-25 mins late and we called ahead because they was no subway service heading that direction. As soon as we got there we was sent home. They took us off the schedule. And now they saying to come back at midnight to start next week schedule.....screw that .... I'm going to a different company.

This is a horrible company and deserves to be shut down it should not be existing any longer because of the way it treats people and the way it does not give people benefits the way does all the employees there have attitudes the owners who do not deserve to be open

Please stay the hell away from this company. Madison Security Group is the absolute WORST security company out there. It hasn't even been a week yet and I've never had to quit a job before but I'm ready to quit working for this incompetent group of people. They don't even know what they're doing. I'm actually amazed how awfully ran this establishment is. Wow, just wow.

This is where I work. I have been employed there for 5 years. I am grateful it pays my Bill's and have not had any problems along the way. If you are just starting out in security here is a company that you can learn the field. Everybody have to start somewhere and this is where I started. Get as many credentials as you can so you can Progress in your field.

I just started with them and I don't like it. They putting me in these ghetto was housing complexes in the hood. I wish I would of did my homework I thank them for the experience because now I know what a security guard do. But I'm out!!! And for anyone else don't go there.

I have 2 weeks working with them and untill now they have been nice with me and gave an 8 to 4 schedule Monday to friday. Just they don't have direct deposit but they sent my check to my site.

Not liking it at all I told them I preferred to work in the Bronx and they put me in Manhattan doing retail -_- and also they took so Damn long just to give u ur schedule mind u i haven't start my first day yet. Not gonna stay here too long cuz I feel like something is wrong I'll probably go just to get this first check or two and leave cuz they are unprofessional .

Horrible company ,no union or direct deposit this place is an abomination i would never work for this company again... Also as I am filing my taxes I realized they were not paying federal taxes out of my checks ...so now basically all that have or is working for Madison owes taxes.

It's Ok! Not A Fan Of Dispatch, Communication Skills Needs To Be Worked On!

This company is so unproffessional. They deliberately ignored my husbands calls everytime he called. Due to that he showed up 11 o clock for his nightshift that he didnt know would start at 12. The employees answer his with attitude and treat him like hes nothing. Other employees talk behind employees backs and NOT TO FORGET. Instead of two sceduled days of training they have him running to 116 st and do the worst site possible where his life was threaten by gang members. The list goes on but i see now why this company has a low rating.

Employee of this company and proud of it , I am glad to be aboard with them and even more glad to be part of a growing culture change within this company. One of the best decisions I have made within my security professional career experience. The best is yet to come.

Unprofessional company. Some of the guards are really rude. The people that work in the office are rude as well. Plus I Don't think it is fair that a sergeant should be getting paid $10 an hour.

This is a terrible company..The staff in the office down to the dispatch staff are very rude and ghetto...They don't do direct deposit..You have to go and pick up your check..They don't have any benefits,no paid holidays...Im so happy I left this company..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I asked about my application status she said "well they will call you then i asked to speak to the supervisor the girl said well hes not here you will have to call back any way " verrrryyyyyyy unprofessional whoever was at the front desk DON'T WORK HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU......

work hard and you will be rewarded. most people just come to get a paycheck and blame the company when they don't get promotions. I know plenty of people that started as officer and became supervisors. at Madison, you get what you give.

Employees are busy and helping the visitors. Its Buhre Station, 6 train, also some buses all the time around 5his place. Parking is not seen around the place, only on the road. It's a security service company, so most of the visitors are security job seeker. This office is just under the station beside the road.

There not well organized and don't like to make proper schedules,also some dispatchers speak rudely to there employees and tend to ignore you and don't treat you like family,they just send you on a goose chase to find your station with no guidelines

Madison Security has always exceeded expectations. They are very professional in all matters and their staff is great. Great security with on point officers! Highly recommend. Their response time is always so quick too!
