I do not recommend renting from Madison Apartment Group. When I raised concern about an avoidable COVID-19 risk, management responded with apathy and was rude when they eventually returned my call (2 days later)

I am SO over this company. I rent from one of their properties in Raleig NC and have had ongoing issues for weeks and weeks. The manager basically brushed me off and is unwilling to help, so I got the corporate info- I ve called SIX times, left 5 voicemails, no response. So unprofessional and obviously do not care about the people who are renting your apartments and paying your bills.

It s unfortunate as a vendor who services your property in Philadelphia that you duck your responsibilities to pay for services that were provided in May & June 2020. I have left several calls and emails with Nicole with no response for invoices that total $552.50. Do better!

I transferred from a Madison property to another Madison property, both within the Greater Philadelphia area, and the quality is very consistent. I'd recommend their communities to those looking for higher-end apartments that skew toward working professionals. They're a bit pricey, but there's no point in buying a house in this market, so I'm comfortable here!
